Been here as part of a trip to SUSS. I bought a foot long with teriyaki chicken. The bread was quite crispy with a good amount of chicken! I like it 👍 That said i have not been here for 2 years so something might have changed.

Recently noticed Bukit Timah Plaza Subway now closes at 10 PM, but staff ignored me for 1–2 minutes while making food for himself, only serving me reluctantly after I asked. Felt like I was disturbing his rest before closing. Very poor service.

worst staff ever, i asked whether the subway cookie was 'free' (bc i didn't think before i spoke, i should've just asked if it was included in the meal.) however your staff started a whole 1-2 minute speech about how 'nothing is free in life' and 'if you want free things you can go over there ____' i couldn't rly hear what she said after bc she was js freaking crazy. she could've just told me it wasn't free but was included in the set, but she said all these? it made my experience here terrible, like i wasnt asking for free stuff, i was literally buying the sub already and just wanted to know if the cookie was included. yes i may have said free but that doesn't mean the staff is allowed to go on her crazy ass rant lol. she was talking down to me like i was some primary school kid which is funny bc i'm the customer and she's the worker HAHA. this actually happened like a week ago but now whenever i walk past this outlet i get so pissed off that i had to leave this review
