Came here to pack home a sandwich at around 930pm on 22 Jul and was surprised to still see customers queuing up at the counter though I thought the outlet will close at 10pm. I cross checked with the staff Mona and she told me they close at 11pm and told me should I wish to come by for late dinner in future, do feel free to pop by. I have been observing Mona's service while in the queue and really love her service-oriented attitude and friendly smile. All the service staff should be like her! Thanks Mona for your great service, a nice wrap up to my busy day.

Halo! Greetings from Indonesia! I had my lunch twice at Subway Anchorpoint last May. I felt the food and service quality were great! I ordered Everyday Value Meal. The vegetables are fresh and there are lots of varieties. For the chicken delite menu, the chicken is juicy. As an Indonesian, I always feel that I have to eat rice for lunch in order to be full. But, I feel the 6-inch Subway sandwich portion in Singapore makes me as full as having a rice lunch. I also love the cookies. It is fragrant, soft, and melts in your mouth. The services are also really great. The sandwich artist worked really fast. Although they worked really fast, they were still polite, friendly, and gave time to explain the menu to the customer. The vibe of the restaurant is also really pleasant. Many people come here to enjoy their lunch time eating sandwiches. Hope Subway Anchorpoint keeps up their good work!

The attendant Mona is delightful- if more people were like her, service in Singapore would be amazing! She’s very careful, greets you, suggests, and makes a nice conversation with a beautiful smile! God bless her!

Just want to give V from Subway at Anchorpoint all the credit he deserves. There was a mega long queue, incoming delivery orders nonstop, riders waiting, and he was handling everything solo with grace, speed, and calm the entire time. No frustration, he was just getting on with it and doing his absolute best. I honestly don’t know how he managed it, but he kept going order after order. Manpower issues are everywhere these days, but watching this chap hustle and hold the fort all on his own really made me feel he deserves recognition. Respect where it’s due.

Despite nearing to the closing time, Mona maintained her professionalism. She greeted every new customer in a friendly manner. She was alone behind the counter for some time, yet she handled multiple orders in a calm manner. She took the time to remind me of an ongoing promo, thus, getting a meal is more worthwhile. Thank you Mona! :)
