the only differential that subway has is the fresh vegetables, however the staff got VERY defensive when we asked for "a little more lettuce". I felt bad, like it was my mistake to be asking for it :( Please instruct the staff, to avoid ruining a consumer experience. that was my last visit to this store. Too bad, is just near to my house.

Great customer service and a great way to spend the new year! Came at 10.57am to order breakfast set and staff refused to do so as “computer system is unable to key in order after 11am”.

I ordered a tosty for takeout and they put it in a paper bag. THE FOOD IS ALREADY HOT AND THE CHEESE STUCK TO THE PAPER BAG. I had to salvage it and the paper bag tore. Not only that, they put so little cheese and when we asked for extra, they charged us even though the Subway at NEX gave us the same amount of cheese. The subway at NEX will put the tosty in a box for takeout while the one at thomson plaza just put it in the cookie bag. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Honestly the best service I’ve experienced at subway & also one of the best service I’ve encountered at a F&B dining place. Even though its late night/evening, staff was full of spirit and really cheerful. Made my dining experience 10/10!!! Never thought I’ll be able to get this kind of experience at just a fast food restaurant. Hope this can be seen & maybe give them a praise, keep up the good work & appreciate it!! ☺️

Your staff at thomson road outlet (Grabfood order: GF-158) screwed up my order Tuna melt -no dressing, was given with chilli and bbq sauce Subway melt-bbq and chilli sauce, arrived with no dressing. Pls ask the monkeys in your restaurants to wake up their idea. Disappointing dinner experience.

The service here is amazing, best I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. Both people there are friendly and interactive too. The woman in the hijab is super patient and full of energy as well. I was pretty indecisive with what sauce/veggie I wanted but she was patient throughout the interaction, really made my day. The other guy working there is super nice, my card declined and I had to sort stuff out for 2-3min but he was really chill about it and told me to take my time. Food was good too. Thanks so much!!!
