Food was mid. Staff was party bad and party okay. As in the guy working as the cashier was rude and the one making the sandwiches was okay. I think he over charged us and he said nothing was gluten free when there are literally salads right there. Not 100% sure on that but I am sure that he was rude and probably shouldn't work on costumer service. One star because of him and him alone.

Poor hygiene. Disgusting that service staff not wear face mask and talking to colleague when preparing my meal and his saliva shooting out of his mouth into my sandwich. I had to throw it away. Very poor hygiene. This happened 2 months ago. At first I just forget about it and just not go to this outlet anymore but I just told my friend and he said I should make this known it’s not fair to other customers and delivery orders.

Ordered honey OAT Bread [Nov 9, 11:49am Collection] Honey OAT Bread (if the staff cannot understand ENGLISH) for collection and got a pathetic uneven cooked WRAP instead. Totally not what I ordered. Expected response : If the store don't have Honey OAT BREAD that too early morning when store is just opened, learn to cancel the orderrrr... Staff-- Dont fool and fill your own stomach with that single bread. But I know your staff eat the same and smoke outside what they wish!! DONT try to fool customer and eat on behalf of them.. Really disappointed with the service - if customers can’t even get the right item, what’s the point of pre-ordering and mentality of store staff ?? Never gonna place order again. Question to owner : Do I need to open everything right there if it is takeaway, just to validate if I order the collection/take-away is same what I placed ???? Do you have such stupid staff, Who don't understand what is what ?? Is this what I should expect when I order 15min ago, go for collection and some fool handing me something which h he don't even know??

I asked to make it a meal but couldn’t hear the cashier clearly, so I asked twice. Unfortunately, he replied in an offensive tone. The way he placed my cup also came across as if he was upset. I work in the service line too, and I understand that it can be tiring, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude to customers.

While ordering breakfast today 28 Mar 2025 at 9am, I was in queue and the staff was attending to my order. However I did feel bad for this other customer who was a middle aged man. The staff greeted him hello, then the man proceeded to tell the staff his order, as one naturally would in Subway. To which, the staff refused to note the order and pushed back with "Wait, I need complete this current order first". The man seemed surprised and replied "I thought you would do it concurrently?" (i'm actually also thinking the same thing) Staff: "This is a breakfast order so I need to complete it first" The man's order was also a breakfast order if the staff did listen properly. The man was polite about it and said "it's alright sure" but ended saying "you know what, it's fine" and walked away As a bystander in the queue, I initially noticed this middle aged man as he was considering whether or not to order, then decided to. But upon ordering, was perhaps being put off by the staff's hostile service hence left. The staff, a young man, was overly quick to tell customers no, even though taking multiple orders is standard practice. Service was unwelcoming. (0 stars for service) On a positive note, the manager, Brenda, seemed to have a good attitude, which is why this isn’t a one-star review.
