Friendly staffs. Were here during brunch time around 10am on Saturday. There wasn't any crowd. Quick service, staffs were friendly, chats with my girl playfully. One thing, usually the sub was wrapped even though I was dine-in but this wasn't, I wrapped myself as holder to eat, which was fine as well.

I’ve been visiting the Subway outlet at Boon Keng regularly due to limited options nearby, but this experience was disappointing. The issue is not the portion size, but the veggie mix. My salad was mostly lettuce, with very little of the other vegetables. A proper mix with balanced proportions is expected, especially for the price paid. As a regular customer, I hope the team can improve and provide a better variety of veggies in appropriate proportions

grabbed a quick dinner, want to point out especially Alya and Syafikah’s service (hope I spelt your names right!) both ladies were very warm and cheerful when dealing with customers. food was also quite fresh, would rate it above average for a Subway.

I'm giving it a fiver star reason being that it was a life saver. My family and I were heading to purchase a light fixture, and the long journey there tired everyone. Having to spot a subway there out of nowhere was a welcoming treat to us all. Where we could rest for a moment and snack a little. Hahaha

Very unfortunate to be one of the weaker shops around. Have always been a fan of Subway. But from the speed of service, the sandwich making and the cashiering, the team fell short in all areas. Hope the owner can find some way to strengthen the team. The contrast in standards compared to other outlets is just way to glaring. Main consolation is that the shop was clean I guess.
