Hi Subway Management, I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the conduct of your staff, Eufumia, during my visit this morning at your Somerset 313 outlet. I approached the outlet and politely asked whether it was open, as I saw a staff member attending to something at the back. Her response was, “Ya ya, wait, I’m busy with work, coming.” When she came out, she appeared visibly frustrated and immediately asked, “What you want?” in a very rude and impatient tone. Her attitude throughout the interaction was extremely unpleasant. She was also banging things around while attending to me, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I simply asked whether Amex was accepted. She told me that only PayWave was accepted. I then informed her that PayLah was also an option, but the manner in which she communicated with me remained extremely unfriendly. I am a regular Subway customer and have patronised your outlets many times. I never expected to be treated in this manner, especially when I was simply making a normal enquiry. I understand that staff may be busy or under pressure, but being busy is not an excuse for speaking to customers disrespectfully or displaying such an attitude. Customer service and basic courtesy should still be maintained at all times. I would like management to seriously look into this incident and investigate the staff member’s conduct, including whether this was an isolated incident or whether similar feedback has been received previously. I also expect the matter to be addressed appropriately with the staff concerned. I hope Subway Management takes this complaint seriously. As a regular customer, I should not have to experience this kind of treatment when visiting your outlet. I look forward to hearing from management regarding how this matter will be addressed.

I would like to commend the staff who served me today at approximately 6.10pm for your exceptionally friendly and welcoming service! This is something I have not experienced at other Subway outlets and it truly made my day. Thank you!

I would like to commend Amelia at your 313 Somerset Subway outlet for her outstanding customer service. Amelia is an exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and dedicated member of your team. She was very patient while serving me, took the time to ensure my order was prepared properly, and did everything with a warm smile. Her positive attitude, kindness, and professionalism made my visit a truly pleasant experience. It is not often that customers come across someone who is so genuinely welcoming and committed to providing excellent service. Please convey my sincere appreciation and thanks to Amelia. She is a wonderful ambassador for Subway, and I hope her dedication and hard work will be recognised, as staff like her deserve to be appreciated.

Andy, whose service attitude was terrible, told me to wait when I wanted to order food. But when she saw a male customer, she immediately went to order for him first. Has she never seen a man before? I've been putting up with this for a long time. I've gone several times, but either I'm unwilling to work and I keep making a lot of noise.

If i can give negative stars i will, youre staff the big guy whatever his name is, he is impatient and just screamed at me, he was rushing me like there was a long line, i was the only customer. Also when i got there i was at the counter, insted of entertaining me he only looked at the woman behind me. HE IS SO RUDE.
