Served by Diana and Daphne. They were both amazingly friendly and service was impeccable. Food was served fast despite the restaurant being quite full. Both ladies ensured that our table was properly served and made sure that we were really taken care of. Diana was quick to assess the needs of our kids and she had brought out some complimentary snacks for them as a goodwill gesture which is beyond expectation. They constantly come over to us and everyone else in the restaurant rendering service with a smile and positive energy throughout.

The service crew is very attentive and friendly. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you step into the store. Food wise, the all you can eat sides & salad is full of choices while the mains are standard. Value for money.

Visited XW Plus Western Grill at Raffles City for dinner. I ordered the Fish and Chips, which came out nicely golden and crispy. The best part of the concept is the all-you-can-eat salad bar included for free with the main dish. The variety of hot and cold sides is excellent value for money.Service was remarkably good during my visit. The staff were friendly, efficient, and worked hard to keep the buffet counters well-stocked. It is a fantastic, high-value dining spot in town!

We came here for the Western dishes, and each main course came with access to an all-you-can-eat salad bar. Our main dishes were delicious, but what really impressed us was the extensive salad bar. There was a wide variety of side dishes to choose from, along with a fun DIY dessert station. We also appreciated the condiment and sauce stations, which allowed us to customize our meals with different flavours. One thing that puzzled us was the nasi lemak at the salad bar. It came with sambal chili, but it felt incomplete without essentials like ikan bilis. As a result, the rice didn’t pair particularly well with the other items available at the salad bar. Overall, it was a very satisfying lunch with plenty of variety and good value. The only limitation was the 90-minute dining time, but it was still more than enough for us to enjoy the meal at a comfortable pace.

I wish they would cook the buffet line in smaller portions so that the food won’t be cold. Overall Ms Daphne was superb in her service, even help with my friend with the ice shaving machine. Fine of the salad buffet menu is delish! Spinach lemak is good! Cherry is nice, soft and sweet. The main dish is either a hit or miss. The chicken peri is superbbbbbbbbbb
