A great place for a quick simple western style dinner fix. Beef, chicken and fish options available. Ordered the Grilled Chicken with Tom Yum sauce... Highly recommended. Something unique as most grill shops don't serve this sauce. Distinct Tom Yum taste to it, with a hint of lemongrass and bay leaf I guess. The meat is tender and nicely grilled. All order of main comes with a free salad bar buffet. Selection range is perfect. There are carbohydrates, protein, vitamins ranges. Vibrant and relaxing setting. Spacious too.. Nice interior decor too. Not forgetting the staffs are friendly, well-kempt and courteous too.

Not worth the price. Chicken chop portion is small, but taste is ok for me. The sides are horrible. Imagine someone paying $10.80 just for the salad buffet without the main course, likely will curse and swear. My chicken chop is $12.80 with the salad buffet (exclude 10% service charge and 7%gst). I can’t help comparing this with Aston chicken chop $10.90 with 2 side dishes but no salad buffet. I prefer the later.

Nice food served. Even though the main is slightly smaller in size but they taste good and the free flow salad bar makes up for the rest. Whipped potatoes, onion rings were great.

Been coming to this place for a few years now. The taste & portion of the meals never disappoints. And now free-flow salad bar is back in service! 😋👍🏼 The restaurant is also very spacious for baby prams as well wheelchair users. Highly recommended.

Great place to have a good meal with the free flow salad bar. The varieties of choices are limited though. Ordered the fish and chicken main. The fish was okay, the chicken was grill nicely. Would recommend coming for the salad bar if you like mashed potatoes, spaghetti or veggies

Celebrated my 29th at the Raffles City outlet with my bestie as it was her treat! WOW! The all you can eat salad bar left me so the FOOD COMA afterwards. My main was the ribeye steak if I'm not mistaken and bestie had sirloin(or it was vice versa ok I cannot recall) but yup we had the steak and it was juicy, medium cooked as how I liked it! The mushroom soup woah, so glad that we decided to give it a go! Syiokkkk and the flavours are just nice and did not overpowered at all! Wah, I like wanna go to the kitchen and ask head chef can tapao or not the soup coz damn delicious but hais cannot ah paiseh2 🙏🏼 The ambience were great and the staff so fast ah. My plate cleared already they whisked it away and wah truly attentive too! Coz when the system are like that, it made us feel ok phew done with the soup, the main and next eating the salad filled plates. So ya, keep it up the awesome job guys! The drinks please go and select their lemon tea haissss I sipped the drink so fast actually thinking to get a second cup but scare later need go toilet ah muahahaha I contained it to only 1 glass. Will definitely be back, next up wanna bring my lil sis and family makan here coz soon in October month gonna be her birthday! Great place, great food and great efficient service too must be shared and let known to all ok! Y'all foodies out there go3 and chope your seat there but take note they got no RSVp, it's strictly a walk in kind of options.

XW's char-grilled chicken with sausages i had today was a real steal - tender juicy chicken wrapped with a smokey finish and accompanied by a mini stack of sausages n fries. The cherry on the cake for me is always the free flow salad buffet (with almost 20items) that comes with every main :) I recommend the creamed spinach, mashed potatoes and sweet corn, but the kids in a table beside me likes the truffle angel hair pasta n onion rings. Expect a bit of wait if u visit during meal times. I was here at 3pm so it was a lot more peaceful. Service staff was attentive n nice, and they top up the salad buffet pretty often so that's definitely a plus :) Come by if you are in town, i visited the Raffles City branch just by entrance to Marks and Spencer at the basement :)

Most of the food is not made from scratch so they taste pretty much okayish, won't say they are delicious but for that price and the free flow salad bar I would say it's quite worth it. The chicken in the burger was dry and I won't recommend it. Some of the fried items were cold. Service was good though, clearing plates and explaining about the salad bar.

Overall it was a good experience. My steak and my gf’s fish was great. Salad bar was good too. Love the spinach, mash potato and mushroom. Cherry tomatoes were too soft though. Fries that came with the main course was not good. Tastless and not appetising.

A no frill type of restaurant for a quick, fast Western meal. Order a main entitled you to the eat all you can salad buffet. The spread is not fantastic but good enough. The 3 mains we ordered were good. The mushroom soup and lemon tea were good too, especially the lemon tea. Different from the typical lemon tea you get from most restaurants. It was more fragrant with a richer taste. Service was fast and good. We walked in on a Friday early evening.

With an intriguing concept of a free salad bar, this place served pretty good food overall. We got one main dish - chicken sausage baked rice and one ala carte salad bar, topped up to a meal with mushroom soup and ice lemon tea for $5.50 more. The baked rice was alright but pricey menu here. The salad bar had a good variety of food that was tasty. You can make multiple trips to take more, but no sharing of salad bar to those who did not order a main dish - they are quite strict on that, and we did not know how the system worked at first, and they only informed us mid meal that we had to pay extra ($12.90) for it. Overall the service was still good, they are very willing to serve with a good attitude. The atmosphere was cool, looked well designed and had enough space between each table.

Service is great and staff are polite too. However, the fried fish is ok only and I prefer the cold dishes at the salad bar more than the "hot" dishes as they aren't hot at all. Nevertheless, still worth the trip as the price is reasonable. 😊

Went on a Monday lunch. Ordered salmon and sirloin. Almost empty at 1pm+. Service: Normal. Nothing bad, nothing extraordinary. Atmosphere: Fine place. Tables not too close, music not too loud. Food. If we compare with her competitors(taking price into consideration) salad bar variety too little. I requested well done for my steak but came out a little too raw(refer to pic). It's not too big deal, for recent two years, only very few western restaurants/hawkers cook with pride. Will I go back again. Low chance.

Grilled chicken with mushroom sauce, $14.90 and Fish Fry tartar, $15.90. Chicken was tender and fish was crispy. Presentation of the plating can be better All you can eat salad bar if you order any main dish. It has a wide variety of hot and cold side dishes. Whipped potato, Coleslaw, onion rings, potato salad, spinach, fried bean curd cubes, mushroom, cherry tomatos and etc. Fruits only orange and watermelon. Replenishment of the salad bar by service crew was efficient once stock low. Service of the staff was great and patience to explain to you if u are first time diner. Overall excellent dining place

A fantastic place! A Western grill with sirloin and lamb, a moderate price range, and an all-you-can-eat salad bar? Plus, friendly staff who even volunteer to take photos for you - that's a thoughtful touch! A good atmosphere can really enhance the dining experience

I highly recommend this establishment for those seeking a combination of great food, a clean environment, and friendly service. It’s a gem worth revisiting!

The fish was nicely done. Flour was not thick at all. All four of us enjoyed our lunch here. The staff are very friendly - especially the Chinese lady. But quite sad that they need to charge water when in Changi T2 water is free, self service. Management should consider this. The Salad bar is extremely good and always filled up. The oranges were nicely cut (comes off easily with one bite) and water melon are really sweet (first try the oranges before you hit the water melon - otherwise the oranges will be taste sour). Excellent dining experience....

Had the grilled chicken with mushroom sauce and fried chicken with honey mustard sauce. Grilled chicken was alright but abit dry, fried chicken was better and the honey mustard sauce was good. Quality similar to an average coffeeshop western stall. However, there was a free flow salad bar with many choices such as pasta, onion rings, sweet potato fries and salad. However, I would skip the fries that comes with the mains if possible as the salad bar has plenty to choose from. The fries were dry and not very crispy, think cold McDonald's fries. Our waitress, Noelle, was really attentive and friendly, and even offered a chair to place our bags!

Staffs are friendly and efficient. When we came, we need table for 6. Among us got 1 special needs person and also 1 baby. Got to wait awhile but they handled us well. Entitled to free flow salad bar when you purchase a main meal. Food taste nice and is of a good portion. Prices are affordable.

All main meals come with access to the free flow salad bar, with a 90 minutes dining limit. Food: We had tomyam chicken and mushroom chicken (not pictured). The chicken had a nice smokey taste. Salad bar selection was OK, the onion rings and sweet potato fries were crispy :) There were two fruits available as well. Salad bar remains well stocked throughout the time we were there. Service: Staff clears plates very quickly. However, it was very noisy. We were seated at peak dinner hour. There were many fellow patrons seated close by, as the seats were quite close to each other. While the staff service was great, I must say they handle the plates and utensils roughly, which resulted in much ruckus. Overall: Not bad, value for money :)

Food: Onions rings were AMAZING. Especially when they're hot and crispy. Would be 5 star if the Grilled Chicken was hotter as it was slightly cold inside Service: BEST staff I ever met! Felt like I'm on a 1st class plane ride. The staff offers us her guidance and support and checks in on us to check if we are ok! Super friendly and approachable :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Atmosphere: We came before peak hour so the atmosphere was chill and cool. The bright yellow decor always stands out and give it the Diner Vibe that is unique to this place :)

Tried XW Western food for the first time and pleasantly surprised! The All-you-can-eat-salad-bar is definitely the star of the restaurant! Must try! The selection of the salad bar is nice and the onion rings is kept crispy throughout. What’s best is that it is also bundled with the main! Totally recommended!

First time trying this chain despite seeing it at lots of places now. 🥬 The free flow salad bar was definitely a catch, and at $10-20 for the mains, it’s certainly value for money if you could stomach a couple of rounds at the salad bar. Onion rings, mashed potatoes, truffle pasta, and broccolis are the highlights for me 👍🏻 🐟 the fish and chips was okay, fish was thick, but was a little bland / not as fresh Great place to come by for a western meal with free sides at an affordable price!

Located B1, near the escalator. Value for money and great customer service. Staff are friendly and it looks like they have good camaraderie amongst them; great job on the manager building the team. A bit of a letdown with the buffet - onion rings were cold (for both my first and second serving w 30min apart). Rice was also cold. Sweet potato fries were darn cold. Pasta was also not hot; just a tad warmer than room temp. Service was fast. Felt like my pasta was a bit too wet but this is subjective. Overall, comparable with Aston’s. Except this place is halal, so it’s good if you’re dining w Muslim friends.

Taste: not bad, fish was decent although with a bit of fishy taste, the fries that came with it were lightly salted, giving healthier vibes. Beef baked rice is alright. Salad bar became better after subsequent refills. The first round had overcooked onion rings and sweet potatoes, the refills more moist. Drinks not included. Service staff were exceptional, attentive, polite and enthusiastic. They even went around tables to ask if the food was fine and if we needed any help. Overall, decent value given you’ll get free flow salad bar + main dish for less than $20. However, I’ll go over to Astons for higher quality mains and salad bars.

The food was worth the price considering there's a salad bar. The staff were very accommodating and they served with smile on their faces. They were very attentive to the needs of the customer too. They also did their best effort for us to have the birthday cake for our friends who were celebrating birthday, and they even handed a complimentary ice cream which btw was a good one. Thank you for the good experience. This a good place for dining.
