The indian lady on duty this noon is super professional, courteous and worth all my praise!! She was all alone serving the long queue and yet never lost her smile or politeness. An asset to the company.

I requested a separate container for my sauce as I planned to have the meal later for dinner. Two staff members told me, “we don’t separate the sauce.” I made this request because on previous visits, other staff had gone the extra mile to provide a separate container for the sauce. Due to this response, I left the shop without buying any meal. The attitude and lack of customer service from these two staff members left a very bad impression of Chinatown Subway.

I was at subway today (23 Dec) for lunch around 12.30pm. The queue was insane, limited seating but wanted to show my thanks to the 2 ladies on shift for doing their best to get all the rush lunch hour crowd orders done plus food delivery orders. I dont know how they do it, seeing them do back to back 3 to 4 sandwiches at one go, and despite trying to speed up, they still ensure the sandwiches arent compromised in quality and quantity. Management please see to this and treasure these staff. Adding 1 staff more might help tide the stress load from these ladies.

Was waiting at the cashier but no staff was there to serve. One was washing utensil which I understand but another indian lady was busy talking on hp and don't bother to look out for any customer who was waiting

Despite the long queue, the service was prompt & efficient. Shoutout to Adam & another lady staff (didn’t catch her name) on duty for their friendly and quick service.
