People who say this is bad are really overstating, in my opinion, this is one of the best subways in Singapore to with cheerful workers and a soothing environment.

I ordered via grabfood and one of my item was unavailable. Claris took the initiative to call my mobile however I was occupied at that moment and the app had some issues thus, she couldn’t text. She went the extra mile to personally text me to ensure I get my order right without anything missing just because it’s not available (not everyone does this). I appreciate her attention to detail and I hope this inspires her team and every other outlet to do the same too. Coming from a customer service industry myself, small measures like this made my day. I hope her efforts and sincerity is appreciated within the team! Thank you for making my day Claris! I hope I made yours too! - Ira

I ordered an Italian bmt. It is the saddest one I've seen. I ordered doubled meat and cheese as foot long. I only got half.

I accidentally dropped my cup and politely asked for a new one. The worker looked at me and said “So you drop your cup is your problem not mine.” I am flabbergasted by this lack of hospitality. I am not a first time customer here, I have eaten subway for at least 3 years and i love the food here, however I haven’t experienced such abhorrent service. While i understand the worker may have been having a bad day, I still feel that this is unacceptable behaviour especially from a customer service staff. It is true that I should not have carelessly dropped my cup and i apologise for any damages and inconveniences caused. However, I do believe that my mistake could have been addressed in a more accommodating and polite manner by the service staff. Let’s make the world a more positive and more understanding place. It is truly unfortunate that in this world the minimum rating is 1 star, because this situation demands 0 stars. I hope to see an improvement soon.
