Fast and efficient service at subway nex . However should encourage the staff to give larger serving of ingredients as it felt like he was very unwilling to give more slices of carrots / beetroots especially when people buy footlong and prefer larger serving of ingredients to go with the bread 🙏🙏

The staff at the counter was very nice but the aunty cleaning the place was awful. She kept chasing us away even when I haven't finished my food. She claimed there were no more seats, but there was at least 3 other empty tables. She chased us away 3 times in 5 minutes intervals. I thought it was an unpleasant experience. If the restaurant was full I would understand but there were many empty seats. I'm not sure why. So I ended up bringing my half eaten sandwich and cookie home.

Terrible subway branch in SG, the male (with glasses) cashier overcharged me. I was ordered 2 chicken BLT with meal sets and the actual price supposedly is $13 ($6.50 per set), but the cashier charged me at $21.20 and after I made my payment and I only realised he charged me at the wrong item with wrong price, I showed it to him that my paper wrap was written BLT, he just told me that he followed whatever it’s written on the paper wrap. From the paper wrap (photo attached) and the food content itself, apparently it’s chicken BLT, not BMT. Lousiest branch in SG and I swear I won’t spend a penny on Subway anymore.

horrendously impolite…Also, apparently, the counter girl also overcharged me lol just like other reviewers had mentioned. Management better consider the number of times people had bad experiences here. Will give 0 stars if I could honestly LOL big L.

Staff was not happy to serve nor listen carefully.When order was given for veg pattie she gave the blur look like it doesn’t exist Better training is required for better customer experience to all individuals.

Ultimate combo? More like ultimate sadness 😂Look at the amount of fries they gave. Laughable at best. They gave more ketchup then fries. I ask "is that all the fries?" They promply replied me "yes correct 90g only". Overall i dont reccomend getting this combo unless you you have too much money to spend.

If you need a quick bite, the subway branches are the best. If you have GRAB, use the GRABFOOD app to order your self pickup and then you eat there to save you time on queing.. Self pickup plus the GRAB promo offers is cheaper. If you have dietry concerns, subway is a great place to get your fix. And you get your link points if you spend the minimum $20 at all participating malls.

Ordered a Tuna sub takeaway on 13th May afternoon at around 2pm. Unfortunately I started vomiting and diarrhea in the evening. Had to go see a doctor to alleviate the symptoms is confirmed that I have food poisoning. I did not had anything after that subway meal on 13th May so I am sure it is from the subway I had I strongly urged Subway team to do something about the hygiene
