Subway has been my go-to lunch on work-from-home days, as it tasted healthy and was quick to grab. My regular order used to be Chicken Teriyaki but it's been Roasted Chicken Thigh since its launch. On my last visit, I noticed the scoop wasn't filled to the top (with chicken). When I asked the server about it, instead of answering me, she just added 2-3 extra pieces of chicken to my 6" sub. Today, a different server helped me, and this time the scoop looked full, but after piling the chicken onto my sub, she then removed 2 pieces. I was confused, and while waiting for my sub to be toasted, I then noticed the same thing happen to the woman next to me, who'd ordered Chicken Teriyaki. Is this the new SOP? It's disappointing that portions no longer use a full scoop... the subs feel far less filling than before. Who remembers the days of having a 6" sub that's big and difficult to bite, messy with sauce and completely full by the last bite? It's still the same 6" sub, but it no longer feels like a hefty, overflowing sub, and doesn't satiate me the way it used to.

Ordered a takeaway and the prices were still acceptable, despite an increase in prices for all items. Have wanted to have subway for the longest time but delivery prices were ridiculous. Standards of food have maintained and portions remained. Staff could be more friendly and less robotic.

Placed a large order of 19 meals for my department. The staff are approachable and helpful. Due to the customized order, the staff put in effort by labelling all the sandwiches, cookies and drinks with our names for easy identification. Really appreciated for their kind acts.

Subway needs to change the salad options on the sign board. It states Energy bowl with pictures of salads at 10.50. Nothing on Salad bowls at 11.90. Very confusing. When ordering, I was asked energy or salad. I pointed to the picture and said salad. The server repeated twice but didn't say salad costs more, and I had an unpleasant surprise when paying. PLEASE state the Energy bowl & Salad bowl prices on the board. Thank you! Puts me off that ordering has become so confusing, unlike in the past.

My first time trying Subway and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I ordered the beef brisket, clearly mentioned it to the staff, and even agreed when she asked if I wanted cheese. However, the beef was never added to my sandwich. I assumed it would come later, but instead, she moved straight to asking about the vegetables. Since the queue was long and there were only two staff working, I felt too shy to speak up. In the end, I paid for a sandwich without the main item I ordered. For a first visit, this left a very bad impression.
