with around 12 4-seater tables, queues clear quite fast, probably cuz of the stuff who are taking order is rushing the customers. went for a weekday lunch around 12PM, a few tables were empty. the new black pepper crab (i ordered wrap with cookie meal) was really spicy, but i like the crab meat 😆 might try chilli crab next round. but to be honest, the food is overpriced. the drink machine a little dirty and the floor around it is wet, dangerous for people who aren't cautious or elderly cuz it's slippery. their tray was out when it's my turn to pay, so they served the food with small basket.

Went on a Friday morning and absolutely amazing. Service staff was friendly and nice! On top of that one of the better outlets I've tasted. Saw them going extra mile to serve a customer, ensuring the meal was to their preferred temperature

Today I visited Subway for a meal with a friend. It was quite busy when we arrived, but I have to say the staff member Osman did a really great job managing and handling the customers professionally despite the crowd. I ordered a 6-inch Parmesan Oregano Cold Cut Trio meal with a drink and a cookie top-up, and the service throughout was friendly and helpful. The team remained patient, efficient, and welcoming even during the rush hour. Once again, a big shoutout to Subway and especially Osman for the excellent customer service and positive experience today 👏

Rude Indian lady staff wearing spectacles - cldn't hear what she said since she's wearing mask, so asked her to repeat herself. She became very impatient & replied in a very insincere tone. On top of that, her Indian accent was quite thick and she wasn't good at giving proper explaination. This almost created some minor miscommunications. Chinese man cashier staff was friendly. However, he needs to learn how to calm down, not rush, explain to customer the breakdowns of the orders properly. He was also literally shouting orders to the other 2 Indian lady staffs right in front of customers, while repeating / confirming our orders 3 times - he appeared confused while trying to multi-task. Food was ok. New creations on the menu are not always tasty, but their signature subs, nuggets + cookies are highly recommended. Decent sauces which pair off pretty well with the subs. I don't know if there's a SOP, but the sub i ordered from this outlet had minimal proteins, A LOT of vegetables. Ratio simply don't seem right. Main problem in this Bugis outlet is the staffs' communication skills - major room for improvement.

Ordered the beef brisket subway and wanted to change the sauce as I didnt like the BBQ sauce but all the staff are so stubborn and REFUSED to allow it because they claimed it is a fixed menu?? Like what's so fixed about it that they can't even allow such a minor customisation? The menu clearly stated 'recommended recipe' not 'FIXED recipe'. Anyway the default sauces ended up being so salty and I didn't really enjoy the meal.
