Subway was the best sandwich in my hey days. Later it was the worst sandwich when new players enters. Eat fresh become not fresh. Gladly nowadays after revamping with new menus and good portions. I have been eating Subway Sandwiches again. Thank you for listening to feedbacks.

Beware! They anyhow charge you for a different priced sub. There's no way to check for wrongly charged items until you paid and get the receipt!

If you stick to the base sandwiches this is actually pretty cheap and good value (S$5.5 for one of the base sandwich with a drink) and one of the rare place to have fresh veggies in the heartland. However the fancier options are not worth it as the breads and meats are not very good quality. And all the breads taste pretty much the same and have the same soft texture.

Subway after a very long time. it’s fresh and delicious like everywhere else. Coffee was a welcome addition at this store. Less sitting space though that gets compensated through helpful staff. Just at the entrance. Those you are visiting Ang mo kio , this is the place to grab something fresh and healthy.

I ordered parmesan bread. Footlong. But the guy charged me a footlong flatbread for a dollar extra. BE CAREFUL.

my order came with totally no sauce when i have clearly choosen what sauce to add. Avoid at all cost. Unless u wanna choke yourself by eating at this outlet.

Bought 2 subs at the Jubilee Square outlet. When pointed out that the wrong sauce was added to both subs, the person-in-charge just simply added the correct sauce on top of the wrong one resulting in too much sauce. The subs were also not labeled so I did not know which is mine and which is for my helper until we opened the packaging. No tissue paper was provided.

This is the happiest Subway I've ever been to. The staff are patient, friendly and attentive, even addressing the kids directly for their order. I've observed that all the customers that came after me had smiles on their faces as they paid. Brilliant!

The staff were nice and the sub was ok. However for an extra $4.5, you give reasonable amount of waffle fries la and what? 4 pathetic pieces and some are not even cooked through. Totally felt like a ripped off, won’t ever get the waffle fries set again.

Had such a good experience at Subway Jubilee. The counter staff Razi (hope I got his name right) was super patient with a customer before mine on her trickier customisation. Unlike some who will just throw on the vege haphazardly, he dressed the vegetables on the sandwich like a piece of art, being more patient than I would ever be on my own food haha. When I forgot to mention about cutting my foot long sub in half, Razi kindly obliged with a smile and even asked if I want to pack separate. The ingredients were fresh looking and the female cashier was friendly too but the star was definitely Razi for making my day. :)

The subway feels a little less professional than the other subways around Singapore. I came in around 7 pm, I went in I saw the staff clipping their nails. The sandwich artist who came to serve me looks fairly lost. And was taking their own sweet time filling up the vegetables before asking me what i wanted to add on top. The cookies weren't displayed, I know it was a holiday but it was only 7 pm. The drink machine was splattering a bit of my coke zero concentrate in black dots which had landed on my hand which was the first time I ever experienced when I dispensed my own drinks.

My favourite subway to go to for dine in. Usually not too crowded and staff are super patient and generous with the toppings. Cozy shop by itself and quite spacious too. The salads are arranged really nicely too

After ordering food and paying, the very friendly staff offered me an extra cookie. This is probably because i went back and informed them i was undercharged by the cashier and offered to pay the difference. Kindness begets kindness
