Hopeless restaurant with hopeless staff !! Wonder how they are still open. They should have been closed and staff retrenched a long time ago. I bought a chicken delight meal. But alas, the chicken serving was pathetically small...just 3 to 4 tiny pieces of chicken ! Called the restaurant to question them about it. They did not answer my query properly. And showed no sense of urgency to resolve the complaint. And did not display any form of remorse. The staff called the manager and the manager informed the staff that he/she would only call me the next working day. This is totally unacceptable. The restaurant did not show any responsibility for their mistake. And expect the customer to wait until the next working day. No immediate action was taken. Totally disappointed. Will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. This kind of restaurant with such hopeless staff and attitude should close down !!! 👎👎👎

The staffs here need to be trained further. First they anyhow charged me with the doubled amount . Second , they charged me with the wrong amount (AGAIN) . Third, they gave the wrong ORDER . There was a food delivery guy who came when we’re trying to settle the wrong amount being charged and i suspect the staff anyhow gave him MY BREAD. Oh my. Then i run back to show them that they gave me the wrong order. They then make a new one for me . But can you see the way they cut that bread . Its not even being cut in the halfway. Im not enjoying my food here. Sigh

Experienced unpleasant customer service on the 1st Jan from 2 staffs working night shift on this day. Both are very condescending. While walking in and want to take a look at the menu board, I were asked to pick a bread selection which I mentioned let me have a look 1st. And when upon ordering a 'bowl' selection, which had been clearly mentioned 'bowl', the said staff again condescendingly mention 'pick a bread first' in a tone that sounded 'are you stupid'. And upon repeating that it is 'bowl', no apologies or acknowledgement was given. And when selecting either meal or non meal, the staff at the cashier yet behaved and responded rudely and condescending. I never had any bad experiences while dining in at this outlet. These 2 staff are new and I had never seen them before. Subway management needed to assess their staff on how to proper service paying customers.
