Just had one of the weirdest subway meal. Ordered cct meal and was given an overly toasted bread that have difficulty biting down lol. The drink that I have gotten have a strong bleach taste in it. 😨😥 Would really suggest the team to try all the drinks before offering to the customer.

Looking for the most fresh, mouth-watering, delightful sandwich? Subway is the place of delight to be at. They provide different combinations of breads with different roasted meats, sauces, and stuffed with fresh tomatoes, juicy green lettuces. There's also fabulous cold cuts of chicken, turkey and ham for your mix. If you're not into meats, eggs can be done in a variety of ways, too. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to mixing your own combination of a sandwich. They also served heavenly, aromatic coffees and have a wide selection of teas to choose from. Of course, you can order your cold drink craves, which will come as freshly squeezed juices. Most Subway are located at major malls and where there's high human traffic, all over Singapore. But one will be surprised when they also realized that there is subway outlet inside Taman Jurong Shopping Centre here. Subway here is never busy when I visit. Hence, you can always get to enjoy the sandwich without any long queues or crowd. I like that you can build your own sandwich if you want based on your preference. All of the ingredients are super fresh and I have never had a bad sandwich from Subway.

This Subway store is the biggest I've seen so far. Love the new comfy modern deco. Good value healthy food coupled with great customer service. My new fav hang out place. Thanks Subway for bringing some life into our neighbourhood.

Huge Subway outlet serving the notice Subway goodies. Goo place to go if you're looking for somewhere quiet to grab a bite. Not much of a crowd on the few occasions I visited.

there was a piece of hair (as pictured) and eyelash in my subway sandwich which is quite unsanitary. I wonder if the staff do not wear hair caps when preparing food?

Subpar breakfast and misleading promos. At least state the valid time (breakfast, lunch etc) of your promos on your ads. Staff were also having a field day singing loudly in the store. Although there were few customers, it is disturbing and unprofessional.

I bought a Choc cookies… and Corn cup!!! I noticed after purchase that the corn cup used are already spoiled and I dont know how the restaurant people didnt notice this. My daughter 6 years young, has noticed the brownish color in the corn and she has informed me. I had to return back these corn cup to the restaurant. Restaurant people have to really take this incident. Even the cookies are not good as the quality which have in other subway outlets.

Today I ordered a breaded chicken cutlet sandwich, they gave me a roasted chicken breast sandwich. They did not even apologise for the mistake that they made when I went to ask about it. This is not the only problem, in this specific Subway outlet, they are always messy when making the sandwich.

I am having Subway breakfast daily in this outlet at 399 Taman Jurong. The staff are always friendly and it has a very great atmosphere to have a meal. However, there would always be something "goes wrong", sometimes without flatbread, no harsh brown etc, this morning (1 Feb, 8.16am) when I stepped in, oh no, no aircon 🥲 I hope the manager could look into the issues where staff and customers are facing each time, especially the opponent (M) has just newly opened besides this Subway, I don't wish this outlet to be gone Thank you 😇

worst subway experience ever. it was my first time at this outlet and staff were quite obviously slacking and inattentive, just wanting to get the job over and done with. my order was given chilli instead of ketchup sauce and they only changed it after my partner pointed it out. they then offered to make a new one so that good. but when it came to putting the ketchup sauce, the ketchup was poured straight from a bag and a ridiculously large amount of ketchup came out onto my flatbread (on accident) and the staff just proceeded to close my flatbread and serve me that order ??!? i did ask for more ketchup initially for my order but the amount of ketchup was at least 5 times the normal amount and the entire order was overflowing. i couldn’t even eat it and it was the most horrible subway experience ever from the most inattentive staff who don’t care if their customers have to eat an inedible subway order and would just pretended they didn’t notice anything wrong.
