Appalling service and complete lack of basic professionalism at this outlet (10 Anson Rd #01-32). I walked in around 23:40 on August 21 to order, only to be entirely ignored by the two staff members—one was on their phone by the machine, while the other was busy talking on a phone call with their back turned, taking over five minutes to sluggishly make a single drink while chatting. No one greeted me, made eye contact, or acknowledged my presence in any way, treating me like invisible air. When I finally spoke up and asked, "May I order?", the staff member casually waved their hand dismissively at me without a single word. From the moment I entered until I walked out, not one word or explanation was spoken to me. Being completely ignored and dismissed like this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Would definitely not recommend visiting this branch.

I visited this cafe on a weekday right in the middle of the lunch rush, around 12:50 PM. As one might expect during this peak hour, the establishment was quite crowded, and there was a noticeable queue forming at the ordering register. However, despite the busy atmosphere near the entrance, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the dining area was not at full capacity. There were several empty tables available right away. Because of the unexpected open seating, I was able to comfortably sit down and take my time enjoying a cup of coffee inside the store, rather than having to rush or opt for takeaway. Furthermore, the customer service was highly satisfactory. The staff members were friendly and efficient, maintaining a welcoming attitude despite the heavy flow of lunch customers. This is a reliable spot to relax with a drink during a busy day.

I had a disappointing experience at Coffee Bean’s International Plaza outlet. The café was not crowded, however after ordering, we had to wait for about 25 minutes with no food served and we had to approach the manager to enquire about our order. Only then was the food prepared, as they claimed to have forgotten our order. To make matters worse, when the pasta finally arrived, it was cold and lacked flavour. The staff were also rude and unapologetic. Overall, the service was poor and the food quality was below expectations. I was disappointed by the long wait, the apparent oversight of our order, and the quality of the meal served.

The staff who was tying a low ponytail and not wearing any glasses working on duty at 10:50pm on 6th June 2026 was rude and unfriendly. When I wanted to pay with the coffee bean app, she replied me and said “huh, what?” And then when I took a copy of the receipt myself, she looked and me and said in a rude tone “is it you want a copy of the receipt?”

I come here a lot at night and I really mean by a lot to the point I see the regular customers and workers frequently. Today is the first time I encounter this indian lady manager, forgive me if Im wrong I did not happen to see her name tag. I have some hearing issues, I was waiting for the buzzer to buzz to get my food and little did I know she was calling out for me to get my food. It was so rude of her and she was so rude to the rest of the customers as well. We all said thank you yet she never said it back. She offed the radio music and decided to blast her own music shortly. Is this your house? Even my cake she cant even put it on my plate properly without getting it on her hands. I asked for my fusilli to be changed to spaghetti and I still had fusilli. I never had any issues with any of the other staffs here. In fact they were all so kind hence why I always returned. But she made this whole experience so bad. I hope the management rewinds the tape 12am on 19 may to look at her service.
