I love first bowl. I love the really warm and friendly staff. I love the food. Even the drink ice lemon tastes so good!! (i miss your milk tea tho) I love the membership benefits. Just a feedback- you have always ensured your chicken is boneless but I am quite distraught to find a bone in a piece of it today. Might be dangerous if we are not careful & sloppily bite into it 🥹 Another feedback- to ensure your cucumber salad is always cold. And for the sauce to be consistent. Today it was quite salty. Anyway, Thank you! Keep up the good work & i wish you continued success🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 P/s: shoutout to the young female staff serving she is always so warm and friendly!!!

This was my first time ordering from here, and it will definitely be my last. Ordered the Butter Chicken for takeaway today and was shocked when I opened it. The dish had a thick layer of oil floating on top, as shown in the photo. The taste was just as bad as the appearance overwhelmingly oily and nothing like Butter Chicken at all. It was so unpleasant that I threw it away immediately after a few bites. Honestly, this is one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had. I don’t understand how this was considered acceptable to serve to customers. Are you selling Butter Chicken or just oil? Absolutely disgusting and a complete waste of money.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. This restaurant claims to be Halal, yet there is absolutely no proper Halal signage or certification displayed outside, which is extremely misleading and unprofessional. The staff attitude was shockingly bad. Rude, dismissive, and completely unfriendly — especially towards children. If you are dining with family or kids, avoid this place. The menu is also incredibly unfriendly for children. There were basically no suitable options except a so-called tomato egg dish and shredded potatoes, and even those were poorly prepared and not child-friendly at all. What made the experience even more unacceptable was the staff casually eating and chatting loudly at nearby tables while customers were still dining. It felt chaotic, careless, and highly unprofessional. There was zero sense of hospitality. The food itself was mediocre at best — bland, sloppy, and nowhere near worth the price or hype. On top of that, the restaurant environment felt dirty and poorly maintained, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. Overall, this place gave the impression of a badly managed restaurant that simply does not care about customer experience, cleanliness, or basic service standards. Definitely not returning, and absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

Food tastes good and we got our food reasonably fast. Only issue is the seating arrangement as the store is quite small. But dinner time is great as the crowd is mainly during lunch.

First time try as don'y have at West Singapore. I like the solo meal and value for money. Taste is not bad as the meat is quite tender. It will be good to have one at West area
