Had a quick lunch as I was on transit, overall it’s well lit and clean space. Opted for set lunch and it was a well priced combo (food + drink). It wasn’t packed for lunch hour, but service was a little slow. Taste wise (I only tried 1 dish) was mediocre, tried to add in some taste using the sauces & chili powder but didn’t help much.

Visited in the middle of a Saturday afternoon and the outlet was quiet. Service by an older lady staff was brisk and friendly. The steaming Butter Miso Ramen I ordered was also very rich and savory! Great comfort food.

Have not been to T3 for awhile. Was there to settle some chores. Decided to have the noodles at the food court. Realised that they are gone. Only serving halal noodle, I guess. Move in next for my ramen, also changed! Saw the review, some positives and some negatives. Decided to give it a try. Staff quickly settled me to a seat. No smiling? Using scanning to select your choice. Most of the shop now opted for e-menu. Ordered the original, without set. Food served less than 10 minutes, wow! Saw the guy preparing the noodles. Quite standard, took out noodles from the fridge, put in the sieve, auto timing. Put in the broth. Soup is acceptable, not very rich. The ingredients are pathetic. Even the seaweed is shredded (different from the picture!), not in one piece? Noodles over cooked, mushy texture. Egg is definitely cannot make it, look at the color! I have to keep on adding the chillis and fried onions & shallots. $12.95 definitely not worth it.

Had this halal ramen located at T3 basement floor. The food came in quite fast to my surprise. I had the chicken tantan which was quite spicy and the broth was really shiok! They even gave gloves for me to eat the huge fried chicken which was very crispy and flavourful. I ordered the set which came w the gyoza and watermelon - I must say the watermelon size is smaller than I remembered. But that’s alright… Missing 1 star cos their service is rather slow when it comes to attending to customers who are queuing outside despite the not so full restaurant.

Firstly, I must say this is a fast-food restaurant rather than traditional ramen shop. Staff invited me into the shop without a smile. Let's admit it, Japan's customer service is tiptop in the world. As a japanese restaurant, I would expect a "Irasshaimase" being said. Food was mediocre. The spaghetti-like noodles was cooked al-dente. I did not remembered ramen being al-dente. I guessed the ramen was made too thick, if they did not cooked long enough, it became hard. If they cooked too long, it became soggy. The braised egg was not cut half. The best part of japanese braised egg is the orange, translucent half-cook eggyolk. If I was the chef, I would want to show off my braised egg to increase the appearance of my ramen. The miso in the soup is too over-powering and too thick. The ice green tea that came with the lunch set is tasteless. Generally, I think customer service should really improve since it's a critical difference between a non-japanese and japanese restaurant. I don't think I will visit the restaurant a second time. I would very much prefer Baikohken, but too bad they closed all the restaurants in Singapore.

First time dining in this ramen as friend recommended about the food. Food taste was good. Unfortunately, other than food tasted good, everything is unpleasant. Restaurant environment and the odours are awful. Staff just standing aside, some do all the serving, and some only stood aside taking and sending customers in/out WITHOUT smile. Seeing colleague serving trays and he stood there, not lending a hand. The worst is, the hygiene of the restaurant. I ordered Gyoza, wanted to dip in vinegar. There’s an insect in it, told the staff and not a word of apology she took away the vinegar. The other colleague took another vinegar from other table to us, and another similar insect in it (That’s when I decided to take photos). I told the staff again, she said, “This is not the insect that you think. No big deal, nothing one. The other vinegars also got.” I’m like WHAT? So it’s an ingredient for vinegar? Ordered ramen too, with hair in it. And the ice matcha latte, halfway drinking first sip only; another hair found. This level of hygiene, the fear of dining over there, as we checked everything before we eat/drink. Review photos for prove.

-Visited on Sunday evening & it was not that crowded -It was a nice experience to sit at a horigotatsu. Table and counter seating are available too. -Cozy restaurant that has halal menu -Easy to order through the QR code -The staff that served us was very polite but 4/5 star for the service as the other staff in the restaurant could be more welcoming and attentive (e.g. have the initiative to clear the table before serving the dessert) -Food was tasty and portion was good -Duration was adequate with drinks, appetiser, main course and dessert served in less than an hour

Decent halal ramen with chicken “chasu”, ebi fry and karaage but the “rich” option may be a bit too savory for those with low salt tolerance. Overall ok but not quite my cuppa.

Food was served very quickly, atmosphere is cozy. Food was also quite affordable but taste was equivalent to what was paid for. Quite average. The star of the show was their limited-time-only Matcha Parfait. ⭐️

This restaurant hygiene is awe full. Tried to clean the table for daughter (as I always did wherever we eat) and the tissues look like these! It’s the dirtiest Japanese restaurant I see anywhere in the world. Some restaurant, their floor looks cleaner than this. This is disgusting. Not the only review you will see about hygiene on this place. The restaurant staff are good, helped diligently when daughter spill water on table. Food is great too.

Soup was very rich and thick regardless of the type of the soup. You must rush to eat noodle because their noodle easily absorb the soup and get spongy. The volume gets double, soup decreases half. Extra noodle was served at the same time of the ramen. When I put it into the soup, the noodle was already very soft.

The staff is nice, but the food taste is very bad. Does not worth the price. Noodle texture is not like a general ramen, chicken taste not fresh. It’s like buying mee rebus in the hawker center. Better go to jewel for a better resto.

Sapporo miso ramen is of thicker strands, and hence look bigger bowl than the shoyu ramen. Generally the taste is good, but the miso ramen is more salty in taste, and needs to be stirred before eating, because I found a lump of miso at the bottom of my bowl. The sets are of good value. Ramen also are of good portion. The kids meal was great because even though it's a ramen restaurant, they offered fried rice for the kids, and they even let us choose the toy that comes with the kids meal. The restaurant space was alright, not overcrowded and we were able to quickly get a table at 6pm. We had a great dinner, and I recommend family with young kids to try!
