The was the quality of the wrap i had received, it was all fallen apart. I saw that the stuffs were just simply fold it in rush without wrapping it at all. Versus, the one i had eaten in Clark Quay central branch and few other branches, they wrapped much nicely. This is the worse branch i have been to so far. I hope the management can well train their stuffs again.

Staff that serve us was very friendly. It's a one manshow. She works alone, so I have to wait for awhile. But she really serve customer in a kind & good manner. Very efficient and loving towards customer. Food was good 😋 Thumbs up! 💯 Halal MUIS Certified

Horrible service at the counter. This is at Bedok Reservoir Subway branch (Sunday 14/08/2022) They ignored us. We waited and I had to be assertive and said, "CAN WE TAKE OUR ORDERS PLEASE!" not done with taking ours, she entertain the customer behind us. The guy had to tell her to finish with ours first. She was rude and impatient. With the customer she said thank you, thank you, thank you repeatedly. You need to learn some basic customer service and do not be bias towards your customers!!

Ordered via foodpanda, should have been 3 cookies, only 1 came. And the 1 cookie that came wasn't even what I ordered. Terrible experience. The cookie was hard and stale as well. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this outlet. Never having a meal ordered from there again.

It was a first time ordering from this outlet, and it was an utter disappointment to the brand name! I ordered my 4 meals via grabfood. I indicated that all the meals to be toasted, but sadly, the food came cold! 1 of the meal should come with a Vitamin xxx drink, but a cup of coke was sent instead. Since i ordered 4 different meal sets, wouldnt it be appropriate for the staff to label on the wrapping for ease of recognition? But sadly, none was labelled, and i had to open up each wrapper to check which wrap belong to whom. This is the worse serving from Subway i've encountered. I understand that maybe the store is busy with overwhelming orders for muslims to break fast, but you should not compromised your service quality standard. I'm saying this as i came from Service Industry myself, and i am so ashamed to witness such things.

1. The staff were not very friendly. 2. Their salad is too expensive. It costed me $10+ to buy a salad. 3. If you want to dies your salad they were be like who dies salad into smaller pieces! And lastly don't have the bread pieces toasted. I will not go and buy their salad but buy their sandwich bcos the sandwich is cheaper than the salad. If you buy their salad you are going to go broke. And when they pack your sandwich the topping has fallen off the bread and the sauce is the biggest mess. And the bread becomes soggy.

The staff mumbled something about whether I wanted ala carte or a meal and somehow when all I replied was ala carte they took it to mean I did not want any meat in my sandwich even though all the default breakfast options have meat. I ended up getting just an egg sandwich as a result. Some of the ingredients used also did not look fresh.

My first time trying subway breakfast via delivery and it is sinfully good with all the sauces and is filling.
