Subway is a sandwich shop where you can design your own toppings, and that’s quite nice. You can HAVE olives, but you don’t need to. If you want a regular sandwich, there’s this subway to go to. The food was quite nice, ordered soup, cookies, a drink and the sandwich. The soup was a bit weird but nice. The outlet itself is your usual outlet, quite nice to eat at. Overall, if you want a sandwich, come here to grab a bite.

I had a bad day to begin with and decided to sober down at Subway for a bite. From the time I enter the store at punggol plaza, I was greeted by a handsome fine guy named Hidayat. He listens to my orders and help me with some suggestions to much delight. Needless to say his warm welcoming voice already make me feel comfortable, and the thought he was paying attention to me and apologise just to help open the door for a wheelchair bound customer is really service at its BEST.. He deserve to be recognized and apparently he is well known by many customers too who happily greeted him.. Kudos to you, an example of a pure hearted person in real.. I will dine in anytime again soon and recommend to all.. Once again thank you Hidayat for giving the light I just needed after the death of a family member.. You made our day!

I visited Punggol plaza subway at 9.50pm, ten minutes before closing time. All the ingredients were already packed for closing. I had just gotten off work and was hungry. The staff took my order with a smile on their face and prepared my sandwich. They were warm and friendly and were not in the least unhappy about me coming in so close to closing time. I was heartened by their gesture and good service. I managed to have a nice warm meal after a long day and I have them to thank for it. 🙏

Staff at this joint is more keen on closing it rather than serving. even though you go by 9:30 PM or 9:15 PM they refuse for dine in option which is shocking as Serangoon joint allowed to dine in even though customer reach by 9:50 PM. food is standard as per Subway Standard.

Malay lady needs a lesson in customer service. Son was just standing beside her swing door, holding on to it, NOT PLAYING with it, mind you, just holding it, and she shouted at him to keep away, and not touch the door. I mean, if he's really doing something he shouldn't, at least say it to him/me nicely... then I told the son to sit at an empty table while I pay for the food, and she shouted at me from the other end of the counter that someone else had already "choped the table".. which wasn't true incidentally... guy had just rested his skate scooter near the table, whilst he order his food to go. Service leaves a bad taste in the mouth, regardless of how good the food is.

Subway 👍🏼 The service level is acceptable. Atmosphere is good as it’s not always crowded but can better if aircon can be colder? But think it’s centralised?

Came here on sunday evening for dinner. No queue. Many seat available. They have set meal come with a cookies and drink. One of choice if you are looking for healthy food. Recommended!

Food is good but unfortunately the night service crew got to be more professional with their service. They need to pay more attention to the long queue of customers, instead of talking within themselves.

The food is great, the staffs are genuinely friendly and nice. Great atmosphere, they are joyful. The staff even remember my orders which is nice. My fav subway store in the whole of sg, defo recommend. The place is huge, staffs are friendly, didn't mind if I study there either. Best subway place.

My dad wasn't familiar with the ordering system and they took the chance to cheat him. He ordered 2x 6" teriyaki chicken with the same bread, just 1 without cheese. (They should have charged him footlong, but they charged him 2x 6" price.) Please be careful 🥴🙃
