Subway has reopened again in Star Vista and has been relocated from B1 to L1. It's entrance is just beside the mall entrance gantry at the taxi stand.

Ordered more than 30mins before closing but couldn't get a toasted sandwich because the toaster was switched off.

Ordered chicken teriyaki wrap the chicken was raw couldnt finish the wrap. Service was not very good the girl behind the counter constantly couldnt hear the customer and added mayo to my friends order by accident. Never come here if looking for food that is at least safe to eat.

got my go-to teriyaki chicken sub with iced lemon tea & cookie 🍪 food was standard, service was fast :) may get a bit crowded during lunch so do go early! check out my other food reviews on IG: @fruitfondue 💕

I bought tuna sandwich, as usual it was good. I was just disappointed with the service. The staffs were not warm and welcome like most of the subway I have been to. No smiles or greeting, not even a thank you. It looks like they are not interested to work. As a customer I'm not expecting a small talk at least a Hi, or Thank you. I hope they could improve their service.

We had our take away! The girl serving us at the counter was giving us a cold shoulder, Not smiling n not friendly, Service was bad! It was at 3.50pm, 2nd Apr 2023! She is not willing to serve us! Very disappointed ! Place was at Star Vista exchange!

Ordered Pizza Melt. Was told that the standard veg was capsicum, olives and onions, I can't add or change any veg, only remove. Weird since this costs 9.50 which is far more expensive than the regular sandwiches which allows you to pick ALL veg. Worst of all, the staff picked 3 pieces of capsicum, few strands of onion and placed it on the sandwich. I had to remark that the portion was too little and she added ONE extra piece of capsicum. I sensed hesitance as well upon my request to change olives to jalapeño. This was a pathetic sandwich. I'd suggest everyone to go to So Pho at B1 and get yourself the Banh Mi which is tastier and much better value for money!

Branch: Star Vista. In many cases staff packs wrong and missing items when deliver through food delivery apps like foodpanda, grab and deliveroo. The staff is not warm, welcoming and seem disinterested to work. Why is subway employing them and losing business to other food shops?By far the worst subway branch in Singapore. The management needs to seriously look into this.
