Definitely my first and last. We went there at about 830 pm yesterday to dine in. We were told off harshly that their outlet is closed by 9 pm when actually stated on website and outlet that closing time is at 10 pm. Even if you're doing closing earlier, it should at least be 30 minutes in advanced, as your outlet is small. What triggered us was the way Shini ( one of the crews ) threw the sandwiches, sauces in a very rough and impolite manner, not only to us, but the rest of the customers too. The cashier crew was rude too, when serving us at the payment corner. Seriously, do not come at this Subway outlet. You're paying for the sandwhich, but the way that they're serving you are very atrocious and pathetic. 😡

Such a bad experience. Was told off by the female staff that I need to get permission to take the tissue to clean the table which was in a mess. After purchasing a meal and was told off again that I could only use the charging point for max 15 minutes... What amazed me is that they track to the very minute...

I ordered breakfast takeaway and I saw a promotion that there was a breakfast meal for 3.30 and when they finish preparing it the total came to 28 dollars and I was shocked and the people that were taking my orders were Filipino and the reason why it came to 28 dollars is that they put the sandwich cost separately,hash brown cost separately and drink cost separately but I only asked for meal itself.This is the worst subway I ever visited and I almost got ripped off so I just only asked for the sandwich which came to 15 bucks and it was 4 sandwiches

Went down on 2 Feb to the outlet at Bukit Merah to purchase The indian lady was blur on my order. I told her that I want 2 toasties and also a chicken ham sub. She made the toasties and forget about the sub. When I remind her, she wanted to make toasties again. Her attitude was bad. She said :" I ask u, u wan toasties or sub right ?" I had to repeat it twice of my order again that I wanted both. It wasn't busy and she just like want to rush everything.

I need to highlight that the customer service at this outlet has improved soooo much. Perhaps due to newer staffs along the years. It helps that the current ones practice patience & service with a smile 😄 Food was great as usual - fresh ingredients, good sauces. Nicely packed. Overall vibe is ok : not messy, quite clean. Just that, due to its rather small outlet, they seem to have problems storing cleaning items : space-constraint.

Poor attitude by one of the staffs named 'Breged's' whom is a Filipino. Came to order dinner and another staff took my order. After choosing my bread and meat, Breged's prompted me $6.90 twice while standing at the cashier, expecting me to make a payment when I've not chosen my vege, topping, sauce etc. I questioned him "why are you rushing me to pay when I've not completed my order. Usually customers select their vege and topping before paying right?" He apologized subsequently. Been here a few times and I've seen his bad attitude towards other customers.

You know all the bad reviews that says that this is one of the worst, if not the worst subway ever and that they won’t be going back? Well it’s all true, I won’t be going back either. Well, the only good thing to come out of here was the cookies lol. The only staff there came off as unwelcoming and to other people, this may even be considered rude. So just a BLT sandwich is $7.20 but the set meal is $6.50? How does that even make sense? Whatever, I changed to the set meal, paid and not even a smile or a “thank you” lmao, yikes. I’d rather eat the KFC that’s next door… YES, KFC

I always feel that every time when I eat in here, the staff are rude and don't care about the customers. Today was the worst day. I'm not coming back here again. As you can see from the picture, my sandwich was already broken (it's not delivery) and I told them about this, but they treated me rather like I was bothered. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

As of this writing, 7 April 2024, Toilet is prohibited to be used by Customers. Servers mentioned that Toilet is only for Employees but under maintenance. So it was quite suspicious. They mentioned that some users of the toilet keep on throwing things to the toilet bowl so they always bring it under maintenance. But the other week prior to this, I saw them lending key to one of the customers to use the toilet. So they’re not consistent. Aircon also near the couch was broken. So this branch is not suitable for those who wants to enjoy Subway, be it sandwich, tea, or cookies. Meanwhile for the cookies, some are crunchy and some are not. Tea is typical.
