Ordered via Grab. Cold Cut Trio with Parmesan Oregano, Pandan and White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie. I toasted my bread at home so that it would be crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. Taste wise, I can't seem to taste the parmesan or oregano. For the vegetables, I was a little disappointed as you can only choose a maximum of 6 veggies but nonetheless the veggies were all good and fresh. Pandan Cookie. It smells just like your pandan chiffon cake but taste-wise not as pandan-y. I do like the chewy and slight crispy texture of the cookie. White Chocolate Macadania Cookie. Crispier than the pandan one. The macadamia provided a good crunch.

Nice location for a quick bite and easy to find too. Walked there during lunch and the queue is not long. I recommend looking for discount promos and taking it to save a bit. They always have some promotions going.

‘THE WORST SUBWAY OUTLET IN SG’ If you order sandwich from this outlet, you will never able to get what you order at once. You have to compain and order again. I live in Bishan and If i ordered 10 times, 9 times they make it wrong. And the reason why i decided to upload this today is because i cant stand it anymore. I ordered tomato soup, they put broccoli soup. And i ordered toasted, they didnt even toasted and it is very cold. If the owner want to avoid the situation like lose customers one by one, you really have to change worker there. I dont know how many times i complain already.

I visited the subway at Junction 8 at around 9:45pm. I ordered a roasted chicken breast wrap and I chose to add mozzarella cheese. When I reached home and I started to eat it. I realised that the mozzarella cheese is not cooked which means the staff there didn’t put the wrap in the oven. I can taste the coldness of mozzarella cheese. i have provided the uncooked mozzarella cheese photo below. It is quite dangerous if the cheese is not cooked as it might be contaminated when you guys stored it in the fridge. I might even have diarrhoea after eating your food! From this incident, I can simply tell that your staff is not well trained!!! I was wondering if he passed his hygiene course.

the staff are inexperienced and not adequately skilled to prepare food. Look at what they gave to me. The bread is not properly pressed and all the ingredients and sauce are spilled out. Look so messy and killed my appetite totally.

Annoying auntie purposely gave one and not even half scoop for egg mayo. Heard her scolding another staff for at least 5 minutes after that. Cookie was soggy and spoiled. Coke tasted weird and spoiled too. Will never come here again.

The service was fine but the sandwich was impossible to eat, I mean itwas stuffed with so much veggie that it wouldn’t closed, there was sauce everywhere. The least I would expect for a 15 dollar sandwich is that I would be able to eat it without a fork !

Only in Singapore... the customer is less priority than the staff. We were queueing for beverage filling when suddenly the staff with hijab cut the line and filled her cup with orange juice for herself (24 sep 8.30pm)

I would like to compliment the staff name Faz, he was quick and efficient. he’s probably one of the most fastest worker i seen. the food was great and the service was excellent. Big ups to faz!

I don't know what happened but the second time I went there the atmosphere was way worse. The staff was being rude and my food while good to a degree, was just not the same.

Just putting this out there. So nobody gets misled like me. I ordered with coffee The breakfast bread doesn't come with coffee. With coffee it's 9.5 which is technically from 5$ but 🤮 Or at least insist to skip the hash brown it's so dry that it helped to make coffee better. U will save 0.8 without the hash brown. Also this place don't accept FAVE

Horrible customer service. Went at night (8+PM) recently. There was no queue but two 4 Fingers staff walked in after me. They were clearly friends with the Subway staff because they were waving to each other and chatting. The 4 Fingers staff then immediately cut my queue by walking to the meats, and the Subway staff actually served them first. It was to the extent that they waited for their friends to slowly choose all the multiple meat fillings they wanted, then started preparing their sandwiches first before even taking my order. I was only served when one staff realised I was still waiting there, and I had to make my way around the friends chatting with the Subway staff to complete my order. So this is how it works, the staff just serve their friends first even though the customer arrived earlier?? At least do this kind of thing when there’s no customers around. Extremely frustrating.
