Tried the Red Velvet latte and Christmas chocolate log. I felt that the price is very expensive to purchase both separately and wished they had a cake and drink meal option available. The latte was delicious, but only because of the milk. The red velvet taste is a little light compared to the milk. As for the chocolate log, initially I thought sgd 7.90 ( around that range) was not fit for something small, however I was proven wrong after eating it. The chocolate and flavour of the cake was so rich that I was satisfied halfway through my cake.

Limited seating at this coffee bean outlet, so we were lucky to get seats as we arrived just before the lunch hour. Pizza was fresh though a bit bland. The tomato pasta and the chicken sandwich were average. The hot chocolate with mini marshmallows was the highlight, while the peach jasmine cold brew tea was super refreshing.

Stood at the counter for 5 mins, while the two barista aunties made their drinks and didn't even acknowledge my existence despite seeing me. When my drink was done was called by a "heloooo". If I wanted my mom to make me a mint iced tea I would have stayed home. Thanks auntie

Tried Lotus Biscoff Mousse Cake, it tasted nice. Perfect combination of the biscoff base, mousse, sponge cake, and the biscoff crumbles. Nice ambience, good place to chill out and drink coffee and eat cake. Good service too. Recommended.

Came here for breakfast before my movie and was totally disappointed! Giving 1 star because I cannot go any lower. I ordered egg Benedict and it’s actually just hard boiled eggs. My family ordered scrambled eggs and gosh that was the worst scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten (I am not exaggerating). The egg is totally hard and rubbery and from the looks of the eggs, it’s not even normal and doesn’t even look like scrambled eggs. I would never ever eat here again for sure.

Great location, open area looking over to the street, drinks are okay but there are many options (coffee, tea, fruit..). Service is efficient. The only minus point is they limit dine in time to 1hr.

First time visited this coffee bean & tea leaf at vivo city and had very horrible experience from the lady staff (Gek). She was so impatient to explain to us on the details of menu. And there was no Today’s brew available that every other outlets serve. The coffee serves only in paper cup, which was so uncomfortable.

Dropped by for a drink after dinner. It was crowded on a Friday evening. Tried peach mango with jelly and mint watermelon lychee. Can choose sparkling or non sparkling. $9.20 each, slightly expensive and it was ok.

This is priced as a premium outlet but the experience is undermined by cheap plastic cups and plates. The cake is nice but loses flavour using a disposable fork. Will I be coming back? Probably not.

Unlike their Beanstro outlets, this Coffee Bean does coffee and basic snacks like sandwiches and cakes only. Well positioned at L2 just a floor below Sentosa Monorail and Food Republic, we were impressed with the Dark Chocolate Ice Blended but sandwiches and cakes fell below expectations. Also, they chase you out after 50 min even when there are still available seats at 300pm

Disappointing Experience I recently visited the cafeteria for breakfast and decided to share my experience on Google Maps. Unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. The biggest issue was the excessive wait time. I ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes just to get my breakfast served. This is unacceptable for a cafeteria, especially during the morning rush when people are looking for quick and convenient meals before work or other commitments. Apart from the long wait, the quality of the breakfast left much to be desired. When my food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, and the taste was underwhelming. For the time I had waited, I expected a much better meal. In addition to the time and service issues, the prices were on the higher side, considering the quality and portion size of the food. I would advise others to explore alternative options in the area.

After a long day, me and my girlfriend came here to enjoy the cakes and we fully enjoyed our time at Coffebean Vivo! Though it was a bit crowded we managed to get out order quickly and find a seat. Thank you!

The plug is a scam. After ordering, trying to charge, and work, u will notice the socket is NOT working. Chocolate cake and latte tasted ok. Nothing stands out.

I visited on Friday for afternoon coffee, probably lack of staff or new staff. You got to clear table to have seat. Service is average. We ordered coffee latte and cappuccino and regular cup got more milk foam than coffee, have to ask for assistance which staff provided. Secondly their terms are single/double and regular/large. If they follow just one term it's easy and straightforward. Thirdly, they sell beautiful ceramic cups but serve you in plastic cups. Fourthly my left and right tables have unfinished cups that perhaps can be gauge for taste itself.

I do not know if its just this branch or the whole of coffee bean had change their business model. The egg benedict and chicken sandwich we ordered look worst than the food you order from a hotdog stand. The insipid dishes seat insouciantly on the paper serving plates, devoid of any vigority, resigning to its fate with all life sap from it. I would boldly suggest that if they are not able to upkeep the needed standard with the right cost, they should remove the dish and just focus on the coffee.

Unlike the Vivo City coffee bean elderly man service he was very rude and had no patience we asked to change our drink and order he scolded the staff in front of us OMG!!! and said could not change the order !!! and showing his attitude throw the buzzer so unprofessional it’s. Big thanks Ms Santhi for the hospitality. She was very patient and steady in dealing with us.

every company now is trying to promote sustainability and be environmentally friendly. They had ceramic plates and cups but instead chose to use disposable ones for dine in. Also this outlet is particularly slow in terms of service. Probably due to shortage of man power as compared to other outlets.

Don't expect to sit long here. The staff will chase you away even if the cafe seats/tables are not fully occupied. 🤨 They don't care how much you have spent or how much you spent averaged per person. If you one person and buy one small drink and occupying a table with 2 seats, or 2 persons, buy 2 large drinks and other items such as cakes or others occupying one table and 2 seats. You are treated the same and only entitled to 1 hour of dining time, and staff will remind you when you have not started dining. 🙄
