The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a reliable stop when you need a calm break while exploring Sentosa. The outlet is usually lively, especially during peak hours, but the atmosphere still feels relaxed thanks to the open seating and casual vibe. It’s a popular spot for families, tourists, and people just taking a pause between attractions. The coffee quality is consistent, just as expected from the brand, and many people seem to prefer it here for iced drinks and tea options, which suit the island weather well. Seating can get crowded, but turnover is fairly quick, and staff manage orders efficiently despite the rush. The outdoor seating adds to the experience, especially in the evenings. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s generally accepted given the Sentosa location. Overall, it’s not about gourmet coffee, but about comfort, familiarity, and convenience. A good place to recharge, people-watch, and cool down before continuing your day on the island.

Came here on Sunday morning, encountered very rude female staff. Gave a bossy attitude like we owes her a living. Dont seem like she is very smart.

I visited Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf at Sentosa on the 13 Of September, Saturday at 9+pm. I am quite annoyed at the service that was given by the women wearing headscarf. She was rude when I asked her whether the store was closing nicely and was replied very harshly, ‘We haven’t close yet’. I was taken aback and was so surprised with her reply as I did not show her attitude when I asked. It was so unpleasant, however, another of your staff, a guy, came out and took my order. He did not show me any attitude and was super nice when serving me! Before I end off, just because you are of a higher rank, that does not mean you should treat your customers with disrespect when they are respectful towards you. Thank you!

Over rated coffee, the price is too high. If you are taking ice beverage they will fill the glass with ice completely.
