Came into the store one day just for some coffee and a light snack since I live nearby. Upon walking in the staff was not even present, waited for a whole 7 mins before he showed up. I asked can I pay by the coffee bean app he said rudely "Do you even have money inside?" i mean obviously I would have money inside otherwise why would I even ask? Food was cold and drink was not even completely full. Staff was extremely rude and he was listening to his music and talking to his friends on his phone using Malay. It seems I have stepped into the nearby kopitiam instead of a cafe. Music was overbearingly loud and the staff was louder than the customers. Asked for a cup of hot water and he gave me a pup cup paper cup. When asked for a bigger cup he said it's the biggest I can give and I would have to charge you for it. Not sure where this franchise hires its staff but clearly some reflection ought to be done. This is my first and last time I will be stepping foot inside this coffee bean outlet.

Horrible experience. Staff was very rude and extremely unfriendly. Furthermore, they will kick you out if you stay over 1 hour EVEN if the place is completely empty. Staff was calling his friend on his phone and was watching TikTok/YouTube reels with full volume. He was more noisy that the customers themselves. Radio was very loud too making the place super unproductive and unprofessional. Take my advice, walk to Great World City for the coffee bean/starbucks there instead.

Pleasant experience at coffee bean. Chill Environment not too crowded. Single staff doing cooking, washing, cashiering so need to be patient

A very spacious outlet. There was only one person on duty when I visited this morning, but Ansa was very efficient and friendly. The waiting time may be a little long during busy times as the person has to take order, do cashiering, do drinks and food.
