I mean, I've never really had great impressions of Coffee Bean CBTL outlets. This one felt very make shift, with some awkward space utilisation on the 2nd floor of the mall. Minimal staffing, so don't expect too much. It's also not quite a grab and go coffee place, as much as people do sit for a while for the most part to enjoy their morning or afternoon coffees. There's definitely options all around the 3-4 malls here, so to be absolutely frank I'd come here only if I don't have a choice but looking for some quick coffee.

Avocado egg mayo breakfast set w Spanish latte. Can taste slight hint of avocado in e mayo, if u nvr make an effort to find e avocado taste in e mayo, u'll probably think u're eating egg mayo. Spanish latte, just like any other normal latte to me.

Due to pandemic the seating capacity has drastically reduced. Loved their Pandan Gula Melaka Cake, moist in the middle with coconut shavings and Gula Melaka sauce dripping over the cake that gives a bit of sweetness .

Decent Tiramisu cake. The Xmas red velvet ice blended tasted really diluted. Not worth the money. Service was very transactional, nothing much to rate, more towards indifference. There are many better outlets than this.

Today's crew is clueless and rude.. I tried to reconfirm and repeated my order as the reciept was incorrect...the lady rudely replied "I heard your order"... Terrible.. 😡

Came here for coffee and meeting my friends. Jay from Novena Square Coffee Bean is very helpful and friendly. Assisted me with how to get the mobile app and points transferred and etc… very patient and polite. Because of his wonderful service, I came here more frequent than usual. Thank you Jay and you make my day - marvellous.

Each time I go to this mall I find hard to find cafe that is less packed. Coffee bean as well. Well I was lucky this time to find a solo seat. The rest of the tables are occupied by students with laptops or insurance agents with their client with a laptop ofcourse. Coffee bean has an alright coffee n teas. Nice cakes I had the ondeh cake this time. A little dry n hard. Not the best. But the staff who served me is fantastic. Warmth and cordial which is a rare find in this type of industry. It changes everything about the total experience of dining there.

Ordered salted caramel latte ice turned out to be water and caramel. Was here on the 10/12/23@1940. Male staff sounded rude.Female staff was friendly and when approached her regards the drink she immediately said will make a new one.

We visit this cafe very often at different times but my first on a Friday evening. We arrived at 21.20. After ordering and paying, I was told by this girl serving that they are closing at 21.30. I specifically asked if the sitting area was still available to sit after 21:30, he answer was a flat no. I was very surprised as I would have 10 mins to finish my drink not even considering she took at least 5 mins to create 3 drinks for me. That means I’m left with 5 mins. So, I asked for takeaway cups. Attached are pictures of my time as she was still making those drinks. However, upon checking with another male staff, I was told they close the sitting area at 21.45 so I can safely say this girl was telling me lies. To employ staff that blatantly tell lies to customers are really bad customer service.

I'm sorry but I have to leave a one star review. I just got off the bus from KL where, for the last three weeks I have been drinking the best coffee in the world. I live in Melbourne and Australians take their coffee seriously but nowhere has better coffee than KL Malaysia in my opinion. There, the quality of the espresso and the foamed milk drinks like cappuccino and lattes are always excellent. So arriving in Singapore I was ambitiously expecting a decent coffee, especially for $6.60 and another $1 for soy. That's $7.60(!!!!!) for a cappuccino. Crazy expensive. All I will do is refer you to the picture of the cappuccino I was served and you can make up your own mind...... for me, this is not acceptable quality from any coffee shop, especially for $7.60. I'm only passing through so couldn't be bothered taking it back or complaining in person. But to the owners, you need different soy milk and your barrista(s) need training.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, the only dislike are the cake, it's really hard and taste like it's been on the fridge for a while. Doesn't taste fresh at all. The premise are look after and very clean. It's alright to come, sip the coffee and chilled up. This joint are located at the 2nd floor.

Had a really rough time today — came to this mall to visit the Oppo service centre to report the loss of my phone and was really upset about it. Stumbled across this CoffeeBean and decided to order a hazelnut ice blend and the yuzu cake to feel better. The service staff (young Muslim girl) was so nice and polite despite being alone with multiple customers (sitting area was almost full when I was there at about 330pm) and she had quite a number of drink orders to fulfil. Thank you so much miss! I had a hard day but I really appreciate you and the excellent service, it made me feel a lot better :)) ❤️

Got the new sausage breakfast platter - very value for money. Also appreciate the service - the barista on duty this morning is cheerful and enthusiastic to all patrons, which is genuinely uplifting. Kudos!
