I wonder what all the negative reviews is about?. The girls and boys working there are young kids. A hospital is a stressful environment. They serve for doctors, nurses, care givers, patients, ward staff, everyone. I’ve noted in many CBTL outlets they are the same. They are trendy and young. So if they come across as rude, they actually are not. They are just being themselves. I like the place. I really do. It’s a coffee place. If they take some time to do your drinks, order. They are making it perfect. Also it’s time to make a bit of chit chat, wait for your good coffee to arrive. So all the negative reviewers be patient.

Takeaway kiosk at Children's Tower courtyard. Single shot of espresso awfully served in a regular disposable cup. Poor presentation. Size really matters.

I had to send my son to A&E n while awaiting admission procedures, I needed a hot beverage at 9.10pm It took me a while to find the Coffee Bean outlet but the lady was kind enough to still make me a Vanilla Latte even though it was past closing and she was washing up n stuff. Such kindness really made my day n offered me a little cheer at the end of what was turning out to be a rather tough day Well done n loads of thanks to the Coffee Bean Btw there's no indoor seating available so it's unrealistic to expect proper cups and cutlery Everything more or less in takeaway mode Nice variety of cakes eg cheesecake, tiramisu etc and croissant, quiche Ideal to grab a quick bite

Paid $13.40 for 2 carrot cakes and a drink. Reached home and realized there was only 1 carrot cake in the box. I was asked to wait at another area so I was not able to see how many they packed.

Ask for my name, did not give receipt. After 10 mins i went to ask where my order is, the dude who didnt gice me a receipt asked me for a receipt...thats 1 star down. Took 15 mins for a latte and heat up a premade pastry. Thats 1 star down. Ask for my name but when my food is ready tbey call the food out not the name... how hard is it do simply copy Starbucks???call the name!!!!!1 more star down. If thwre is another option for latte in KK this place would be closed in a heart beat. Horrible.

Service: I'd like to give a special shout-out to the attentive staff member who not only informed me about the promotion on the Banana Berry Drink but also thoughtfully asked if I wanted whipped cream, a detail I would have otherwise overlooked. Great initiative! 👍 Food: I'm absolutely enjoying my drink. It's a delightful treat! Atmosphere: Given that it's an outdoor kiosk, be prepared for the heat. Seating options are limited unless you're comfortable perching on the edge of the planters.

Coffee Bean is definitely a place to go if you want to find your love at first... sip. I don't think KKH CBTL is being appreciated enough despite being a take-out kiosk and a small outdoor outlet within a HOSPITAL environment. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff's there - Maine, Ruh, Mugi and Amsyar. Product knowledge, tops. Customer service, tops. Despite being in a small enclosed, stressful and fast-paced environment, they have always given an excellent service. They treat us like friends and family and they're always ready to serve. Be it during the day or night, they still keep their spirits high and will always bring smiles to the customer's faces. We're willing to come back because of their excellent service. Thank you team for always giving your 101%. Even with all the demanding customers, rude customers or fast-moving customers, you guys will still go the extra mile for us. The staff's also has the best recommendation for us. My go-to drink is their English Breakfast Tea Latte and Chicago Cheesecake. Was hoping the Biscoff Ice Blend and biscoff cake would be permanent on their menu (please! please! please!) Keep up the good work, KKH Team. Keep growing! :)

Good, prompt, and friendly service that we felt at home with. Ate the spaghetti and had a latte. The outdoor place just outside is perfect for dining if it’s not raining or too hot. Little bit pricey but not unexpected for the good quality. Thank you 🙏🏻

Today on 8/3/24, I went to buy a drink around 12pm+, I was so amazed with the staffs at coffee bean. There were 4 of them and everyone has great team work and being so enthusiastic and making all customers smile ! I highly recommend their good work.. I can't remember the staff taking the orders named Amirah or Athirah. But I would really like to say thank you for making my day!
