Went here 2x (Breakfast with my wife & ordered takeaway frm counter) Both times, service by staffs were unwelcoming. Understand if you've manpower issues (i.e 2 staffs: 1 counter, 1 kitchen) but they always say "SERVICE WITH A SMILE" (customers can feel the sincerity even with the face mask on) Food wise is no problem, just the staffs' service attitude. Guess I won't patronise there for a while till they improve their service.

Located at level 1 of Lot 1 Mall. Standard menu across the outlets. Service was good. The staff who took my orders was patient and polite. The place was kept clean and tidy. Great place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The merchandise was well displayed and was arranged neatly. Overall experience for great. Would definitely be coming to this outlet more frequently.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered pickup and it says 10 mins. I arrived there and i asked if my order is available (as app says almost ready) but the staff tell me to wait at the side at the pick up area. FINE. Waited 10 mins more. And no way my coffee is not done. I looked at the table and saw the cup and suspected could be mine. But FINE i waited likstaff said. It was more than 10 mins and i decided to ask the staff at the cashier again. IGNORED ME TWICE. I was literally so close to her. Pretty SURE SHE HEARD ME. Cause why the heck a customer will come so close to you. Finally asked another stuff who looked way friendly and turns out the cup on the table was MINE HORRIBLE. RUDE. Wont be ordering here anymore

Located at Lot One, travel through the North South MRT red line and alight at Choa Chu Kang. It is right at it's exit. Coffee Bean is at Level 1 of the Lot One mall. Design of this outlet is great but unfortunately they have implemented for dine-in customers to NOT be allowed the use of laptops or tablets. Ironically I can see dine-in customers bring out a book to read or study, even using of mobile phones but just no tablets or laptops. Not sure what's their intention with this restriction. The attitude of their employees at this outlet are distasteful. I hope the management will look into this. Coffee Bean used to be my go to choice as their coffee selection are suited to my taste if compared to Starbucks. After stumbling upon such implementation at this outlet, I turned around and walked right out of the mall, went across the road to enter Starbucks where they have ample space. They have ample tables for the use of laptops and book reading but they too have a NO studying is allowed policy. Compared to Starbucks being more understanding and flexible, this is so unexpected from Coffee Bean.

Good attitude service staff who helped to topup my cold coffee for my takeaway. Clean environment with seating spread quite far apart. Egg Ben taste great with sugarless white coffee. A beautiful breakfast to start the day.

Exam season again. Students hogging the tables for many hours over one drink. 3 students , 1 drink per hour x3. Seriously the students don’t care if the restaurant lose customers as long as they have their space. Maybe government should step in. I come many times only to turn away bcos no table. They can section the space into student and regular customers section. If the student section is filled than it has reached its cap. Then students don’t conquer the whole space. Give a time limit. 1 hr per study group.

The young Malay girl keyed the amount wrongly but did not apologise. After her supervisor rectified her error on the cashing machine, she just ignored me without giving me the gadget and i had to ask for it. Later she gave me my food without the coffee. And i asked again, she simply replied: “wait lah.” Very poor customer service.

Ifna extremely polite and helpful. I do not think anyone would be able to help at closing time (2am) by passing the cake to the driver. We are grateful to her impeccable customer service and kind heart.

28 Dec 2023 Ordered Bfast waffle platter & egg Ben. The waffles were rock dried n tasteless , scrambled eggs were dried n tasteless (Mac bfast scrambled egg can do better than them 100%) Egg Ben way too runny. The bread soaked in the sea of runny eggs. Feedback to the staff on the waffles but they couldn’t care much “oh ok” was the reply. Honestly never tasted such horrible waffles that’s why I’m giving such strong feedback Not my first time taking coffee bean bfast and this is the worst branch of my experience. Total $37 Utterly not worth

Came here last Sunday to get drinks. However the staff wasn't accommodating at all. Instead of taking my order, the staff chose to continue making the drinks. Another staff entered the back room and washed a pitcher instead of taking our order. They're making customers wait instead of taking the order first and continue making the drinks. It only takes a few minutes or even seconds to take an order. Truly disappointed with the experience. Not worth buying anything here.

Thanks to the very pleasant and helpful duty staff today, 12th March 3pm, my parents, husband and I had a wonderful Tea break at Coffee Bean, Lot One.( It was my parents' Wedding Anniversary) The kind staff not only assisted us on using the Capital land e-voucher, she also helped us to choose the decaf coffee and a lovely pot of Tea. We also loved the yummy cakes and pastries. Big shout out to the great service by this outstanding staff at this outlet. We had a wonderful afternoon tea and will be back again.

This outlet has better baristas than the one at Jurong Point. I ordered an extra shot for my ultimate mocha and I can taste it.

annoyed as i bought a drink to relax and read while charging my phone at one of the charging points. only realised the charging point didn’t work at all even if i changed cables 😭

reserved a pick up time for a cheesecake and came slightly earlier (few minutes) to pick up but was asked to wait. not sure if they baked it fresh or have it delivered on the hour??? afterwhich the staff told me to have a seat and proceed to forget to attend to me until a lot later. they then asked if i wanted to collect the cake at this outlet or another, which confused me. do people visit one outlet and then go to other outlets for pickup??? the lack of service and common sense was appalling. dont even get me started on the taste of the cheesecake. it was the worst i have ever had, bland and crumbly. i could not physically eat the cake using a fork as it kept falling apart. needless to say, i will not be visiting again.
