This ambience and vibe is amazing but this is my 2nd time here ordering. First time, the staff got my order wrong. 2nd time, I had major diarheaa from the matcha latte i ordered. There is also not enough crew here. 02 crew preparing and taking order as well as clearing up, no wonder all look so pissed off. The malay crew Hanah seems like i owe her money with that arrogant service attitude asking me what do i want without even looking at me. STAFF MANAGEMENT should look into this. The service here sucks. If anyone near the north wants to come Coffee Bean Tea leaf, please go to the one in Sembawang shopping center.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Northpoint City and ordered a Hot Vanilla drink. However, I was billed for a Hot Dark Chocolate instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff told me that both drinks were the same price. My concern was not about the price—it was about receiving the correct item that I ordered. Customers should be served the drink they requested, regardless of whether the price is the same or not. In addition, when I requested a takeaway bag, the service provided was unsatisfactory and lacked proper customer care. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and order handling. I hope the management will improve staff training and customer service standards to prevent similar situations in the future.

Northpoint outlet 29.05.2026 14:14hrs Dyana was pro active in highligthing the new promotion Dry Americano. Asked if there would be any sample, knowing full well there was none. She said No..but surprised me when she offered to make a complimentary mini for me to try. Her small gesture with friendly calm professional demeanour was appreciated greatly. A great customer service! An asset to the company

Visited on a weekend. Service was slow as there was only 2 staffs behind the counter, so gotta queue for food readiness. The place was crowded and there were too few tables & seats for diners. Food & drink were alright.
