Service is typically good for a coffee bean branch. However, the drinks (matcha) were really sweet and not something we would order from again.

5 stars! My boy and I came here tonight looking for a dessert as other places stopped serving them. We found the chocolate cake perfect! Really made both of us happy and we enjoyed solid father son bonding. The staff were very friendly and helpful too telling us about the 1 for 1 cake slice promo this week. Thank you 🙏🏻

Bought coffee at around 9 ish earlier today and received excellent service from the two friendly baristas!

Avoid at all cost. Overcrowded. Dirty tables, not cleaned. Inflated prices compared to other locations (9.10 SGD for a regular size). Staff is rude and pushes to sell 3-4 extra products on top of my 1 drink order. My buzzer beeped, went up to the counter and no one paid attention to me for over a minute to tell me which one was my drink. Eventually another rude staff gave me a hand gesture like "yeah yeah go away" and didn't say a word to me. Drink quality is mediocre, ordered hazelnut cappuccino, there is no hazelnut flavor at all. Worst CBTL location I've seen.

Recommend the Iced Soy Matcha Latte to my lactose intolerant sweet lovers. Nice place to lock in! Came here on a weekday, so not sure how the weekend bustle would turn out.
