I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet due to the behaviour of the store manager, Daniel. At around 5:15 PM, I queued to make my purchase and clearly informed the staff at the start of the transaction that I wanted to redeem my points. The staff seemed unsure and called for assistance. Two staff members dressed in black, including manager Daniel, came over to help. When Daniel later asked how I would like to pay the remaining balance, I again mentioned that I wanted to use my points. Instead of clarifying the issue, he spoke to me in a rude tone and raised his voice, saying, “Next time inform earlier.” This was particularly frustrating because I had already informed the staff at the very beginning of the transaction. What disappointed me most was not the confusion regarding the points redemption, but Daniel’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Rather than listening and checking what had happened, he immediately blamed me and spoke in an unnecessarily hostile manner. As a manager, I would expect someone to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standard of customer service I would expect from Coffee Bean.

Decent cappuccino and latte that hit the spot. Great for satisfying our coffee cravings! ☕

bought an iced vanilla latte, when i first saw it i thought i just had to stir it a little to mix the espresso and milk/vanilla. after stirring it still looked really white and tasted like just iced vanilla. paid $7+ for iced coffee with 95% milk and vanilla, and 5% coffee

Drinks were good, cake was ok? Service could be better, wished the staff could be tiny bit more patient when taking my order. And checked if I got my order right. In the end, we got an extra drink and I was nice enough to return it to the counter for them to say oops and passed the drink the next customer who was waiting. And such an eye sore to see some tourists hogging seats. One lady was sitting at the 6 pax table alone while using the powerpoint. So much for dining limit yea. Pity those with bigger groups literally waiting outside.

I thought the coffee would be bad but it is actually just regular like Starbucks level. The barista made it well. I ordered a regular and it was a bigger portion than I expected. Some of the tables were dirty and trash was left by the bin. It was not busy so I would think they would prioritize keeping the guest area clean.
