Was here on a Sunday night trying to get some work done on my laptop but was told that laptops are not allowed on the weekends only after I bought my coffee and sat down.The only sign I saw was that everyone’s only given 60 mins to dine in which I’m ok to follow but I don’t see the logic of not being allowed to use my laptop on the weekend. The outlet is more than half empty btw. So I’m seated here with my coffee but not allowed to use my laptop. I find it ridiculous.

Was during the heavy crowds as it's the international women's day 8/3 as there is the promo for certain drinks at 50%. This malay lady in her black uniform looks like manager was really patience and well mannering taking order while getting all the drinks to the right customer and doing her utter best whn it's really crowd u dun get to see on usual late afternoon! Went there def for the promo and then wanna chill too while waiting for the queue number to reach to me for the WSG career walk in.

Very big outlet, simple & clean design. Easy to get seat if compare other cafe; I guess bcos they have written for dine-in is 60 minutes (but I seated 1.30 hrs they didn’t come can chase as there still have seats available 😜)

Not allow to use laptop after we ordered. Should put up a visible sign to let people know before they order.

24/7 with wifi - that's amazing. I just wish they had a better selection of drinks and especially snacks. Still would recommend this place if you need a place to study or do work.

I went to The coffee Bean at here for my midnight late dinner,I was the at 145am and no crew there to serve me,i waited for 20 minutes and still the were no one to serve me,Disappointed coming from house saw online open 24 hours,here open but no crew to serve

Came here for breakfast early in the morning, as early as 9am. No issues with seats availability. Ordered tuna mayo croissant and latte. Disappointed with the tuna mayo as it's too salty for me. Overall, a great ambience to spend a 2 hours here.

Came here at 10am on 12 October 2023 and had terrible service from the rude cashier who is an Indian lady. She was very rude in taking our order. Very poor customer service

Very nice place with lots space and comfortable seats, ideal for catching up on virtual work, meeting clients or meeting friends for a coffee. Also conveniently located at the station.

CNY 2024 cake - Orange Cranberry Sugee cake is really moist and yummy. Have to eat with care as it is quite crumbly.

Nice clean place but radio on too loud, end up everyone have to speak louder so everyone else can hear them... Makes it a very noisy environment.

Good spacing and convenient location, pleasant service by the counter staff. Unfortunately, the ordered Soy Matcha latte and hot Chai are pale in comparison to other outlets. Not worth of the prices at all. Far more diluted and thin than those i have been taking before.When queried with the counter staff, was told that they are following standard. In this case, the standards are not standardised at all.

Sunday afternoon has quite a lot of people, but atmosphere is still quite nice. Enclosed unit feels more private compare to the opened concept cafes in the same mall.

on 19march near 2058hr, khahshita young cheerful lady helped me with lots of patience and good service. She guide me by thru my app and get redeemed point. my app has problem which cant scan on spot. She put extra mile by help me. It take extra time and effect.
