Last week went there for the first time, firstly an older staff were good, I said to order food for a seat, she told me to order later when I want. But later a taller female staff asked me can’t seat without ordering food, attitude not good. Went to many coffee bean, first one asked me to leave by the sign of 1h duration, but not many guests over there. So many bad experiences by that staff. Won’t visit.

dine in cappuccino served in a takeaway cup- cappuccino not served with drinking chocolate on top - so basically a latte. Coffee tastes like dirty water

Base on my experience, it's a great place to come hav drink, chat or do your work on tabs , laptop's.. Come here during weekdays around 1 pm and it's not crowded, for weekends yup this place will be full as there are events happened in esplanade mall. The staffs are friendly and u can approach the staffs if u need to extend ur time and usually if the place not crowded they will gladly do so.. Remember to ask, as we know diners are allowed only 1 hour time heheh.. 🙂👍👍

My family member had an unpleasant experience. She walked in wanting to buy cakes and made eye contact with an indian female staff. The staff saw her and walked away towards the back of the counter, effectively ignoring her presence as a customer instead of attending to her. There was another female staff who seems to be doing chores at the back. My family member stood there for quite a while before they bothered to attend to her. Perhaps the staff could be sent for training in customer service, unless this kind of snubbing behaviour & service standard is what Coffee Bean prides itself in.

OMG, totally desinterested staff. Like ordering food was a burden to them. The sandwich was bland tasting. Didn't taste any mayo at all. One coffee came in a paper cup the other in a regular cup. We had to ask for the difference. Not the coffee bean I have been used to.
