1. Hygiene: Requested when ordering to wipe the table because the table is way too dirty ( bad customer). Employee came only take the plate away when clearly informed to wipe. Left and never came back to wipe, I went to request to wipe again and knowing they are short handed so I was ok to wait. Came with a cloth, seemed never wash and without any disinfectant spray. Employee swiped two rounds and left. I had to request to the employee to remove the curly hairs that were just went in circle during the wiping... See photos (before and after) for example of removing the plate but leaving the table without cleaning. 2. Coffee Quality: Bought two drinks, both super diluted, like eating ice. Requested to change after a few exchange with the employee, disbelieved the claim. While I'm typing the review, the aircon went off 😂 Suggestions: 1. Use disinfectant and wipe with the intent to remove the dirt and not like spreading peanut butter on a bread style. 2. If customer complained at the diluted product, take a look at the product colour, it is nearly white for a coffee ice blend. There's no value for customers to waste and return the product if not acceptable. Yes, there's standard number of scoops but are do we confirm if counted correctly knowing of the lean stuffing. A word for the management: to review if two employees sufficient to handle the capacity of the shop.

One of my favorite hangout places around the neighborhood. If I get hungry in the middle of the night, this is the place to be. I usually come here in the middle of the night to do my work. The air con is readily available cold.

Big and spacious Coffee Bean outlet. Located at the entrance of Wisteria Mall, opens 24 hours. There are good enough number of seats in the outlet. Each customer is limited to 60 minutes seating. Tried the new Salted Caramel Latte which tasted underwhelming. Had the tried and tested Vanilla Latte which is something you won't go wrong. Commend the staff that served me at the counter - Hui Hui. She was polite, patient and had the right tone when speaking to customers.

Bought the pancakes and egg set. The egg was so watery, i wonder if it is safe to be eaten. The pancake was so cold, were the staffs too busy to warm it up? I ordered at 430 am, enlightened me if there was a crowd on a Monday morning? The tea was barely a cup full, only like 3/4, and there was no plastic cling wrap on it? So if its 3/4 the chances of it not spilling is high so you either choose one way? Staff placed egg on top of the butter and when i tried opening the butter, it was already open due to combustion or something, it spilled on my clothes. Yishunites, dont bother to order during the wee morning, i strongly advice you to wait out till there are other shops available. P.s this is not the 1st time i encountered bad service from them.

I've been visiting this outlet regularly and have always had a pleasant experience. Food and drinks have always been quality with staff having friendly and good service. Ambience is nice too. However, latest visit was met with an extremely displeased cashier who did not seem eager to serve my family at all. Kept us waiting, impolite and not keen to help us regarding our coffeebean card. Would have overlooked this poor service but our takeaway hot drink was only 3/4 full when we checked it at home. Staff's name is Mona. I look forward to full drinks next time. Thanks.

My friend and I were greeted with a warm smile by Danial at the counter. He was very patient with us despite our indecisiveness. He ended up recommending us drinks to get and did a great job at making the dark chocolate ice blend. Thank you!

Walked into the store at around 7pm and was greeted warmly. They also recommended me their drinks to try out which were amaaaaaaazing! Service was fast too and that was the cleanest coffee bean I’ve dined at. Thank you for making my experience at Coffee Bean Wisteria Mall a great one, Hashim & crew! 💖

The service staff very patient. My daughter accidently dropped the plate when it slid out of her tray. The kitchen made another plate without fuss or black face. Very good service. Their breakfast good value and quite nice yol

Love the 24 hours supply of Coffee and Dessert here! Really the most enjoyable moment to come down at midnight and drink something and chill here. Huge and cozy place with plenty of spaces to enjoy.

The vegetarian spaghetti at this establishment was rather disappointing, as it was both oily and dry. While the temperature of the food was satisfactory, the flavors lacked the appeal found in other outlets, such as Bugis+. On a positive note, the coffee served was of a standard quality and enjoyable. Overall, the experience was underwhelming due to the lackluster spaghetti, but redeemed slightly by the pleasant coffee & choco cake.
