This new coffee bean is spacious and bright. Wifi could be good for tourist or pple who need more data. Cakes and drinks and more expensive in jewel as compared to their branches in the city. Food wise, same quality. Not too good, not too bad. Staff is friendly and prompt and there is free drinking water here.

Loved this venue for short break after arrival. My 1st time tasting with a French press coffee menu, looks fancy! but the taste was under my expectation. Will taste new menu on next visit!

We had our light meal here while waiting for the fountain in Jewel Changi to be operated at 11am. As usual, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf does not compromise and maintain the highest standard of their food and service. RECOMMENDED!

The chai latte is meh and the pesto is red base (apparently) but still a great place to lepak a bit after your flight. Okay lahh. The staff is super nice though!

This outlet has the laksa spaghetti. All other outlets do not have it. Be prepared to pay more for the normal pastriea than the downtown stores and you do not get points for loyalty because this is a premium store ? Ridiculous. If you are not flying out and just visiting Jewel for a food romp, just avoid visiting this place.

Open 24 hrs. Went around 10pm, they seemed to lack manpower. They serve babyccino, but it took some time. I had to follow, then they made it. Took just a couple of seconds. Coffee bean rewards app is not accepted 😟

Visited at 230am after landing from our flight to have our tummies filled. Staff (khaliff) on duty was pleasantly warm and friendly despite working at such ungodly hours. You can feel his genuine smile under his mask. He kept himself busy, topping up stuffs, cleaning/tidying the wholesome place this whole time; not forgetting table touch and asking us how's the food. Kudos and thumbs up! Thank you for the 100% service 😊

Changi airport coffee bean has its own charm of visiting especially when you are not travelling. This place is 24hour open and love the staff always willing to listen to your order properly. The place is well cleaned all times by the friendly staff. They have a good collection of cakes and other products besides coffee to enjoy. Relax at their comfortable chairs or sofa as you wish to and enjoy your time with a sip of your favourite drink. Though you may find some people sitting with their laptops for long to occupy some seats but still there are enough for everyone.

Save yourself and just go to Starbucks Reserved one level up. No real queue system so ordering is not going to necessarily be first come, first served. Happened to me. Only one person had a voice loud enough to say people's names. Meanwhile drinks lined up on the counter. They need a better system. Again, worse than Starbucks so why even come here. Prices are inflated +20% from standard locations. Guess Jewel rent is high but again, higher prices for the worst experience I've ever had at this brand. Just don't come here.

The Americano is a great measure of the basic standard of coffee provided by this tea and coffee chain. By any standard, their coffee is a total fail. Overpriced and exceedingly bitter, at this price it is quite reasonable to expect a higher quality of coffee. If this, their signature offering is their idea of good coffee the proprietors have zero self respect.

The food is very very average considering the price. The fish and chips are really bad considering they cost $19.90 quality wise, it tastes more like a $7 priced fish and chips, additionally, the fish and chips came with this parchment paper to absorb oil. But the paper would break apart so easily as you are trying to cut into it the fish. The crumbs of paper would easily get into the fish. The drinks however were really good and the ambience and service by the staff was great! But I would say only come here for deserts and drinks, food is very overpriced for its quality.
