A good place to wait at. Coffee bean cakes and drinks are always super sweet. Tried their matcha and strawberry cake and this was the first time i felt like the cake wasnt too overly sweet. The matcha used for the cake is food grade so dont eat expecting it to taste like the umami savoury ceremonial types for all you matcha fanatics out there.

A well-lit and cosy Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The cafe was quiet and the service was prompt and polite. We had a pizza with a nice crispy base and just the right amount of cheese. The cappuccino was velvety with a generous layer of foam. Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable supper on a warm night.

Was looking for a place to wait in the area so decided to rest here for a bit. I tried the regular flat white for 7.30$ which is pricey for a good one. And this one isn't. The coffee itself isn't fragrant and tastes mostly boring and a bit too bitter. Ad you can see in the picture the milk is not foamed smooth but too hot so the foam and milk split. Also takeaway cup despite buying to dine in but I think that was a mistake as I saw customers with real mugs. I also tried the iced original mocha and tbh I actually liked that one. Not super sweet but I guess enough to mask the coffee. 7.80$ is quite a lot though. I also got to try a muffin for free and that was pretty nice and was served hot. Overall it's overpriced but okay as long as you don't get the regular coffee.

The Mocha Latte is nice, however the atmosphere is relatively terrible. Staffs do not bother even though some local auntie sitting with their bare-footed,and talking likes tomorrow will never comes!

One of the noisiest CB’s I’ve been to, especially when the blender is going - it sounds like someone using a leaf blower. Other than that the place is well located and staff are friendly. Management should address the acoustics though
