for the first time the service (new staff) failed me. I ordered americano at 2:47 and got it at 3: 15 pm and they did not even acknowledge or apologise for the miss just looked at me blandly. I patronise this outlet so I hope some proper training will be given this new set of staff. This outlet is quiet, nice ambience.

Tried to give coffee bean many chances but the drinks are just not hitting the mark like before. The mocha and pure chocolate ice blended were so bland. For the price you pay, it’s just not worth it anymore. Shoutout to the server at the counter for trying, he tried remaking the mocha but it was still bland.

Shout out to the staff Afina, who helped us on a weekday morning, she was so informative and polite, and it is so rare to find a staff member so hardworking. Service was fast, and overall atmosphere was great too, with the store being a lot more spacious than some other branches.

My son wanted to get a drink and do his homework after a long day in school while waiting for his science lesson to start in the same building. He couldn’t pay with his ezlink card and he didn’t have cash with him. The very kind staff told him to pay later when we went to pick him up. This was during 4 plus in the afternoon and we could only pick him up after his lesson at 7.30pm. The kind staff told him it was okay. Thank you for modeling kindness to a Pri school boy. Thank you to the staff at Coffee bean working at around 4 plus in the afternoon on 26th Jan, Monday.

tasted quite nice, but didn’t really get to enjoy it much given it was a whole of 100 millimetres. there was so much ice it took up the whole drink and when i asked the staff why they put so much ice they said it was to keep the drink cold, understandable but only if the drink didn’t last you a whole two sips?? usually i wouldn’t mind but this was a $7.50 drink of a chai latte and the ratio is scary like who did the maths here please. put more liquid in my ice please or put less ice in my liquid. thanks
