Friendly staff in coffee bean, good fengshui as well. Breakfast for 2 at $12 is bang for the bucks. Cheaper than MCD with set.

Great and friendly environment. Spilled my drink accidentally and their staff came promptly with a mop to clean the spill. Service with a smile! Positive vibes!

Ordered double cheesy set. Great promotion but the food came out cold despite having a wait time. The hash brown is cold and pale looking. The toast with egg and cheese is cold. And you get eggshells too. It was a pity and not enjoyable.

I was provided excellent impeccable services from Raja, Jamine and Jab at about 2.10pm to about 4.05pm on 13th July. My English breakfast tea was meticulously prepared and the sweet courteous and cheerful services from both of them. Thank you very much as it was deeply appreciated. Visited 21st August 2023 at 6.30pm and was served with excellency by Sameera and Jab and the choc cookie crumble, tuna spaghetti and chicken croissant mayo was delicious.

Visited Sengkang Grand Mall branch today for our breakfast and the Filipino manager ruined my morning mood since she was super rude. Her body language and her voice tone shows clearly that she was unfriendly taking our order. Very disappointed with the service. The ambience was good, too bad, mood was ruined because of her🫠surely won’t come back to this branch.

I was greeted with nobody behind the cashier counter. When a lady with glasses and hair tied in a bun finally emerged from the kitchen side door, she was carrying a plate meant for a customer to self collect. When she spotted me, her shoulders shrugged and there was a tinge of unhappiness, almost like saying “Why is there another customer again.” She actually made me feel unwelcome for intruding her “space”. And as if that experience was not bad enough, the breakfast sandwich was all cold and tasteless (much like the staff attitude), with no trace of honey mustard. This is hardly the food standard expected of Coffee Bean.

Staff was very kind and friendly. Worked till 11.05pm before asking us politely that they are closing. Didn't know cakes are above $8 at least these days. Had a Christmas promo special choc mint, so I enjoyed eating toothpaste once in a while to hang around to do some work. Most probably coming back next time :)

Today the staff is apparently in good mood, no unfriendly facial expression or gesture I encountered before. Ordered an egg and sausage waffle platter with an Americano. The coffee is actually quite good, however, I can’t say the same to the breakfast platter. The egg was so bland that even the salt and pepper can’t save it. The sausages was okay. For the waffle it just tasted weird. For a breakfast costs $16.5 I expect more than that. May just order the $10 for 2 set even I am alone the next time visit, if I will ever visit again.

Visited the cafe for lunch. Although the establishment is located in a mall, the seating area is quite spacious. The staff is friendly too. They offer set meals and we decide to order one too. Although the price is higher, the environment balances it out. Overall, the ambience of the cafe is quite relaxing.

got kicked out with my friends when studying though we are paying customers too and were there for less than an hour while there were other customers who were there earlier than us studying and chit chatting were not kicked out. disappointing service
