I usually place a strong emphasis on customer service when I leave reviews, and I appreciate staff who go the extra mile. However, one thing I absolutely cannot compromise on is food hygiene. Unfortunately, I found a foreign object in my pizza during my visit. Regardless of how good the service may be, food safety and hygiene should always be a top priority. Incidents like this seriously affect customers' confidence and should never happen. I hope Coffee Bean takes this feedback seriously, investigates what happened, and strengthens its food preparation and quality control processes to prevent similar incidents in the future. Customers should be able to enjoy their meals with confidence, knowing that food safety is never compromised. Previously my feedback is: I had a wonderful experience at Coffee Bean thanks to the excellent service from Jake and Drayon. Jake was friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job managing the customers, even during a busy period. He remained calm, organised, and ensured everyone was served efficiently with a smile. Drayon was equally impressive—very helpful, attentive, and approachable. He paid attention to customers' needs and was always ready to assist, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. Both Jake and Drayon demonstrated excellent teamwork and a genuine commitment to customer service. Their positive attitude and dedication made my visit a pleasant one. Thank you both for the outstanding service, and keep up the great work!!

Organic Matcha Pistachio Latte 10/10. Staff is friendly and patient, accommodated to my no ice request. Thank you. Generous with the pistachio nuts. Highly recommended! Recent visit for breakfast set and the staff is very good to let me take away the coffee which my partner and I cannot finish.

Went for the breakfast deal - place is not too crowded late morning, alot of sales people pitching ideas. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Got my order correct and happy!

One of the nicest Coffee Bean outlets to hang out in…for the large open yet air conditioned space…indoor yet outdoor feel…just zoning out and chilling out…watching the world go by. A plus now is that…the Gundam exhibition is currently running
