Nice ambience and private setting hence like to come to chill. However today's food is bad or is it my fault to choose to eat instead of just drink here. My english breakfast latte looks pathetic and the form cover 1/4 of the cup. Taste is still the same though. My honey mustard chicken croissant looks sad. The hashbrown in the breakfast platter is hard like rock and appeared overcooked. The staff as usual lacked customer service since I frequent here more in 2022 due to my kid lessons. But it's the food quality that made me write today's review. Hope to see better food quality the next time I come.

Wait for 10 mins for clean up the table. Extremely dirty table even after cleaning(shared in the photo). Wait more than 15mins for order while there are 2-3 staffs working.

Got myself a regular brew and flat white, and a red velvet muffin (RVM) Was a little appalled at the RVM. It did not taste like a muffin at all: texture was dry and rock hard you could literally hear knocks when poking its surface I wonder how long has it been at store before being sold, heated up and served to customer Sigh

This coffee house is spacious and clean, their displays are always updated. It is also open for 24 hrs! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Drinks and cakes are delicious! There is just a bit of inconsistencies with the texture of the cake, sometimes it’s a bit dry, apart from this everything else is good.

It is a nice place where there are ample tables and well-spaces out for privacy. It is also a 24h joint and apparently it is rather quiet after working hours. The service is rather slow compared to other chain stores probably because there were only 2 staff. What I liked will be the breakfast menu. But ironically the coffee for this chain is rather bad and ironically it is a coffee house. Today my latte tasted like a over extracted robusta beans rather than arabica beans. It is bitter and sour. Although I know coffee beans coffee are one of the worse in town, today’s one sort of took it to another level.

wanted to study here overnight but lights turned off at 11pm except those for the booth seats and staff started blasting their own music from the counter. was seating at the furthest seat from the counter and cld hear it through my headphones. staff were even singing out loud and laughing around, definitely not conducive at all.

The new store has more space and more welcoming in presence, and it helps to have more seating for diners to dine there. Breakfast options are good, although I do miss the egg club sandwich. It would be nice to have a little side of salad like they used to have for some, although I know there are a number of fussy eaters who keep leaving it out, hence the removal 😥 overall it is good, although you do need to prepare for kids dining there if they get rowdy.

To start off with, this is a "new" outlet of CBTL (actually it is just next to the former one) as it takes over the former POSB bank location. The outlet is bright, cosy, spacious and nicely decorated with lots of greenery and very cosy and soothing ambience. The seats (sofa) were comfortable. We came by here for our tea break after shopping nearby. As usual, we got the tuna sandwich, together with the latte, since they are currently having 50% promotions. And we got the matcha and chai latte. And wow, the food and drinks were consistently good. Nice, yummy, and latte, very flavourful and thick! Service was a little slow (as there were only 2 staff at the counter with one taking orders and payments, the other prepping for the drinks), possibly another 1-2 staff at the back prepping the food. But it was fine. And what made this outlet different from the rest was that it had a moving robot, its purpose was to allow diners to return the tray and used plates/cup there (instead of walking all the way to the counter), that's cool and quite interesting! We loved this place and feel it's the best among all the CBTL outlets we have visited by far! Highly recommended.

TL;DR: if you come here, go only for the drinks and atmosphere, don't buy savory food from here. Cleanliness is average due to staff keeping quiet about customer(s) who place their bare feet on cushion seats in CBTL premise. The food here is below average. Drinks here are consistently good as other CBTL outlets across Singapore. Tried the breakfast waffles platter and the club sandwich; tater tots was tiny and mushy; waffles was dry and tasteless; scrambled eggs was okay. Cleanliness was generally good with clean tables and floors. I was surprised to find many strands of very long hair strewn across the bench seat after I sat down at the table. For benefit of doubt, the previous customer might have been losing long hair at the table before me. I am not sure if this is a one-off incident. I also observed a man in his late 50s sitting directly in front of the cashier with his bare feet laid on another cushion chair across his table. The staff might have been too busy to bother about his unhygienic behavior and they kept quiet about his behavior during my one-hour dine-in. I do hope this is an isolated incident. Otherwise, I will be concerned about the general hygiene of the restaurant seats too.

This is a very comfortable Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf outlet which opens 24hr a day. You can come any time of the day to have some bites with their all day breakfast, some nice cakes for a sugar rush or just to have their great coffee and tea selections.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has really good coffee and tea. The place feels nice and comfy, perfect for hanging out with friends or doing some work. I like their friendly staff too!

The veg pesto and tomato spaghetti was a joke. It's reheated /microwaved which ended up with over cooked noodles in a kids sized portion. What pesto was inside? It was just some onions cooked with tomatoes and some chopped up green herbs sprinkled on the top. Seriously, CBTL, you can do so much better. For $11.90, you can do better than some spaghetti that tastes like you took it out of a can.

The quality of the cake had improved from the last poor review I had given. Today the rainbow cake, mint cookies and cream cake and the chocolate of a thousand leaves, are soft not dry and it's actually fluffy! If the standard remains as it is today, then these cakes and improvement are truly commendable.

Newly renovated coffee bean at HDB Hub - came by to purchase the Pooh cup previously and to dine in this time around. The IWD offer of B1G1 free drink attracted a long queue after office hours - though the quality of the drink was maintained despite the huge crowd. Definitely recommended to come by for a coffee fix in this newly revamped location 👍🏻
