I hardly visit the Toa Payoh area as it is one of the busiest towns in Singapore, and I usually prefer to avoid crowded places. However, as Toa Payoh is centrally located, it is still a convenient spot to meet up with friends. My friend and I had the refreshing Passion Fruit Cold Brew Tea, topped with Coconut Cream Cap. We really enjoyed the combination, as the fruity and refreshing tea paired well with the creamy coconut topping. It’s definitely a nice beverage to enjoy on a hot and humid day!

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Shu! Even though it was the middle of the night, she was incredibly polite, sweet, and welcoming. She has such a warm personality that made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. On top of that, she made my drink absolutely delicious, it was one of the best I’ve had. Great customer service like this really stands out, and Shu definitely made my night. Thank you for the amazing service!

Had a really great experience at Coffee Bean today. I ordered the dark chocolate, carrot cake, and hot tea, and everything was really enjoyable. The dark chocolate was rich and smooth, the carrot cake was moist and delicious, and the hot tea was perfect to relax with. Special shoutout to a staff name Aqil for the excellent service. He was friendly, polite, and made the whole experience feel very welcoming. Really appreciate his good attitude and professionalism. Definitely a place I would come back to again!

Hands down the best Coffee Bean outlet in SG. I have visited many outlets over the years but this one truly stands out. The cafe is clean, cozy and beautifully maintained. What makes this place extra special is the amazing team. The manager is incredibly kind and attentive, and Eugene deserves a special mention for being so thoughtful and helpful. Since I am lactose intolerant, he patiently recommended drinks that suited me and made me feel genuinely cared for. Small gestures like these really make a difference. I also absolutely love their $7 tea set promo, such great value and the perfect little treat for the day. Their carrot cake is absolutely delicious too! 😊🔥 Thank you to the team for always making customers feel at home. Will definitely keep coming back!

I’m super disappointed with this café right now. Best ambience, honestly. I already know they have a one-hour time cap for each purchase, and I’m their usual customer — I go there about three times every week. Today, I went in and ordered my drink. There were two staff at the counter. One shouted to the other, “one hour,” and the guy repeated it to me, saying the drink is only for one hour, with the girl still shouting beside him. I confirmed that I heard it. I hadn’t even sat down or taken my iPad out yet when another aunty came over and said it’s only for one hour. And I told her “I just sat down” And honestly, if it wasn’t because I was meeting friends and Starbucks was already full, I would’ve left before my coffee was even ready. This is not the first time. I’ve been reminded multiple times because I frequently come here to study, sometimes it was just 10-20 mins in the store that they come alr, sometimes i did exceed the timing. Do they even care what you purchase? I thought maybe if I bought something more expensive they would leave me alone, but apparently not. So today I planned to buy the cheapest coffee — $6.80 — so I could make two purchases. While talking to my friend, a staff came to check. My bill time was 14:36, and when he checked it was 15:39. I knew it wasn’t that long over, so I just chilled and told him to give me a minute and I’d go buy again. He told me, “Sorry, you have to do it now.” Bro, I need some time to think about what I’m going to order next. I advise this store to give a buzzer for timer, so nobody gonna be disrespected in this way.
