Simple deco, unlike other cafe. Did not clean on time. Many seats are dirty with food stain.

Only ordered coffees here whilst waiting for a flight. Very disappointing attempt of a flat white plus overpriced. The coffee was burnt & flavourless, served in takeaway cups only

Asked the staff if he still sells the all day breakfast which he said “no”, don’t care me and walked away and ignore my other orders that I could want to order. Super unprofessional.

Horrendous coffee which is also overpriced. Even if you’re desperate for caffeine I would avoid. Flat white is comparable to freeze dried instant coffee

An extremely unsatisfactory trip. Ordered 2x flat white, one regular and one large.Both drinks came in the same size. Barista told us the large means an additional shot, but same size of drink overall. This is a first, I have never heard this across coffee chains and cafés. This is very unscrupulous. Please get back to me and the other reviews on the site.

Staff at here is not that friendly when I asking cutlery especially to the staff who work as barista malay girl without tudung. The girl shown annoyed face and act very not friendly to me while show me the counter that place cutlery. Also, don’t even speak to me at all. Very first bad experience with coffeebean.

The staffs are all very unmotivated. Don't seems to care about taking orders or give any kind of service. The ice blended I ordered was spilling everywhere. Coffebean give them a raise or do something about it

When I wrote this review 5 minutes after I received my order, I was very surprised by the service of the cashier and the ice maker that I ordered. When I queued for my order at the cashier, she was very lazy and cynical in serving me. When I was waiting for my order, she also gave me my ice order quickly. looks like they hate me, very scary service for a famous brand of cafe bean☹️

To relax waiting inside T4 , after immigration, coffee bean is a good place. Big space. The uumsual ice blended mocha is the to go drink Too bad the non added sugar for ice blended is not available anymore. A tad too sweet. Service & hospitality could be improved

EWWWWWWWWW.......... .........I had the worst pastry here in this Coffee Bean stall at Changi airport terminal 4, the pastry is cold and not properly heat up, the lady is rude and hates her job. If this is what World Class airport is offering to the tourists, I bet the authorities need to do a better job. Everything counts, especially little things like giving good customer service. Fix it or you will keep receiving bad reviews from the people 👎👎👎
