Nice renovation since don’t know how long ago since I last visit Bugis Junction. The open concept and different style seating are very creative. Good place for coffee and chill out. However, the waiting time for your order on a Monday 4pm with little crowd, takes more than 10 mins of wait. This is something I find it very ridiculous. Service is too slow for that sense. They should greatly improve on this aspect. Not just me who find them slow, The customers who ordered before me, also feels the same way.

Went here with my friends for drinks. My friend had the peppermint mocha, but they forgot to add the coffee inside, had to go to the counter to ask them remake. My red velvet ice blended drink was mediocre, but the whipped cream on top was done sloppily. The three cups of water we requested from them had dust and dirt inside them too. Horrible experience, worst coffee bean and tea leaf outlet I have been to. I even got food poisoning from this outlet and had to see doc.

I was at Bugis Junction 3 red floor on 22/7, ordered a peach jasmin with jelly, my granddaughter said how come no pearl so I approached the guy who made the drink, I asked him why there’s no pearl. His response is quite awhile then he said no more , I believe he forgot on abt the pearl,without a sorry.(I paid for the pearl n no apologise.Very bad manners n not enough staff. The rest of the staffs was in the room exceone Chinese guy. BAD

Always a good place to take a break from a day of shopping. There was a 1 for 1 offer on the cheese pretzels......👍🏻 Counter Service could have been better...........🤔

It's shocking that CBTL management is refusing to address the staff and training shortcomings at this branch despite the overwhelmingly negative reviews. Customers really shouldn't have to pay to endure such slow & unprofessional service. Staff retraining (and perhaps overhaul) should be on the cards for any organisation that values its customer base.

The waiting time is terrible! 30mins waiting, approached staff but replied was just wait for the bell ring...get the drink after 36mins but the bell never ring, only when we go to the counter check then the staff said there's drink.

Ordered hot vanilla with oats milk in a takeaway cup. Felt like throwing up once I left the place. Held on with severe stomach cramping till I reached home and ended up with diarrhea. I was abit skeptical to see the drink abit brownish and tasted differently from other branches. I don’t know what happened or if the take away cup was dirty. That’s the end of hot vanilla in any coffee bean for me. Just makes me sick thinking abt it!

Staff not welcoming, miss out my order don’t even say sorry. They asked for my receipt when I brought the buzzer over to check. So they implement the buzzer for what? There is no communication between staff and when they are clearing tables, they treat the furniture really violently like they are unhappy working in Coffee Bean.

Surpsingly good matcha. Average at best log cake. Mocha peppermint was okay very chocolatey but doesn't have strong minty taste.

gosh, oat milk latte went so wrong..shouldn't be but it did. not sure im drinking hot water or....but service i gave 4 given the barista replace another cup for me which raste slightly better

Gave me 2 forks knowing that i ordered 6 drinks? And when i approach the staff, totally ignored. In the end, i had to ask another staff and i finally got them. Service is absurd. Food and drinks were okay. Please train your staff well.

Had a rest stop here with friends recently. Ordered some drinks and a cheese cake to share. The ambience is ok, but with lots of patrons walking all around and outside the cafe, it’s hard to have privacy here. Drinks are normal, not particularly bad or more tasty than other Coffee Bean cafes.
