Very cozy place. Not many people around so can chill while enjoying the beverage. Friendly staffs. Smiling ,even with mask on,while serving customers. Tried the Benedict pizza, the pizza was ok but not the egg. The yolk was a tad too hard. CBTL has greatly improved on their dessert in terms of texture and taste🥰. Ordered salted caramel was way too sweet for my tongue. ( Brought it home and add more milk).

Cozy halal coffee spot located within Sembawang Shopping Center. It’s not usually crowded on weekdays but you can expect a queue during the weekends, especially in the morning. One star lesser as the quality of my drink greatly depends on which barista is making it. There needs to be some consistency with the drink making and only then, it’ll easily be a five stars review for this outlet :)

At SSC coffee bean today, we ordered 2 drinks and 2 cakes. After patiently waiting for 18 long minutes and not even being updated during our wait, we got our drinks that we were craving for that tasted so bad. It was a disaster. The red velvet tasted just like diluted milk and the iced macha green latte tasted like fish water. I immediately spat out and vomited. There was no queue and even had 3 staffs behind the counter. The service staff looked so uninterested and had such bad service standards. Coffee bean is a huge and successful company but the store in SSC will bring it’s reputation down. At least, having waited this long! We would’ve appreciated our orders to be great. We are utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. P.S I would rather give no star.

Came here a few times with my family. Place is need and tidy staff is also very friendly and attentive. During one of my visit I brought along my baby girl ,she was very cranky that day. One of the staff (shameer i think) came over to check if the music is too loud for the baby. Probably it is abit too loud. Kudos to him for being attentive of the surroundings to ensure everyone had a pleasant experience. 👍😊

This is one of the best outlet I have visited. Very accommodating to request kinda staff . Nice ambience and not too crowded . In a place where even a small cup of hot water is chargeable, they gave me a big cup of hot water as I was coughing. Superb service Keep it up Sometimes it's not about making money its about customer care .

We always go here for the breakfast special as it's not crowded, and the food is served hot. Unlike other branches though they will not do a coffee refill (for small fee), only complaint. Otherwise, been coming for a few years and always good service and quality.

Food is average, price is ok. What I like to comment here is the staff and management are new (maybe) and not even know the new safety measures and rules. They allow a couple with a baby that can sit on a baby chair to dining. A safety ambassador informed the staff and then make the customer so angry, customer even quarrel with the ambassador, and packed all the foods home. Honestly, the staff should not allow the customer to come in, they can see that it's a "3 person" dining and the current rules is 2 in a table. They should tell the customer and insist that. Poor ambassador and poor customer will have a bad Sunday start.

My whole family was there this morning and we had a delightful late breakfast there. I was coming in late and I asked if I could have the breakfast done just before noon. They followed and when I arrived to meet my family, it was just the right time. Food was nice and warm. Service was great despite no service charge. Their service was way superior than the restaurant (Tim Ho Wan) we went for lunch,which didn't even give serviettes and charge GST on top of service plus salty food.
