Not the best but u are able to get ur coffee fix here. The staff is always smiling, and since we been here many times, none of d staff hasnt disappointed yet😅. Lets dive in ya.. Food & Drinks: Its d same..so no need review la eh🤣. Service: The staff is rather attentive and is quick on the hands. This then resulted in lesser need of time for items to be ready. The equation fits for us and we would definitely come here again for the personal touch.. Atmosphere: The place is rather small but adequate for breaks if u need time for urself. There maybe at times others who hog d table but well, jz make do la eh. But the place is really cosy if u do have a seat to urself. Overall: We will invite you to enjoy a short time to pamper yourself with coffee n cake. So ya, cheers!!!!

Location-wise, it is easily accessible. But service is lacking as compared to other outlets. Being in a dense neighbourhood estate, it should be common sense to have the manpower to manage the orders, especially on public holidays. Had to wait for 10 mins for 1 drink, and that is not including the waiting time before the staff/s actually acknowledge your presence after queing for a couple of minutes. Experienced this treatment over multiple visits, and even after provided feedback on their corporate facebook account

Cosy ambience and friendly staff but the (takeaway) carrot cake was stale, dehydrated with stiff, crusty sides, chiller smell, greasy cream cheese frosting and an overall unpleasant rancid oily aftertaste. It killed my carrot cake craving after just one bite. Could not finish the cake. It's still in my fridge. No one wants it.

Very disappointed and upset. (Foodpanda delivery) Had ordered the same items back 2 mths ago, was pleased with every item diligently and carefully packed- brek o day with extra scrambled (for my 3yo) in a separate packing, and also impressed with the syrup separately packed on top of my cold brewed ceylon tea and 4 pots of butter as requested. Today, I've got missing item scrambled egg which I have paid for and no syrup for my cold brew tea and no butter at all. I have to share the little portion of eggs with my 3yo. Called the outlet, the staff had told me the eggs are already added in it. Looking at the picture, that is a very small portion of paid extra scrambled, a huge contrast from my first experience of another packaging of scrambled eggs. Tea is bitter without the syrup, I would have assumed they had poured the syrup in since there isn't any syrup pot, but it's not poured in. Very upset customer. Please ensure there are no double standard even if there is a change of staff. Was impressed the first time that's what made me order again. Staff has done service recovery with a whole new set delivered. Thank you.

Hashbrowns from this outlet is more crispy...🤣🤣🤣 ice blended mocha is very concentrated and matcha latte has strong milk powder taste. 😋😋😋

Went last Thursday morning. Ordered the set for 2. The hashbrown was amazingly crispy and coffee was great. The staff were also very friendly:)

Was surprised that coffee bean was operating in the neighbourhood and had to get some cakes there and hot drinks. Pastries are great and light but felt it's quite overpriced. Same goes for Starbucks I guess but can improve the portion and quality for the amount paid to differentiate. Overall love the place despite its smaller in size but the staff are pleasant and friendly. Hope it continues.

First time at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Tampines mart branch. Ordered a large flat white which was a huge disappointment. The coffee is very Watery which was more like instant coffee than barrista coffee. For $9, it is not worth it at all, especially when there are better coffee outlets out there that are much cheaper. Staff are very nice tho.

Newly open in tampines mart... Small n cosy with 4 small tables for 2... Mainly for take away suppose... Nice n not as crowded as those big stores...
