the outlet is pretty clean and has a nice atmosphere that isnt too loud or unpleasant despite the seats being almost all taken up :) the food and cake i had was delicious! (cookie crumble drink and chocolate cake) both arent too overly sweet, making it a nice dessert. pretty good place to study if you dont mind the noise :) i was served by nisa and she was really polite and patient with me when i took some time to decide on my order. service was fast too! really recommend this place

I was at Woodgrove coffee bean with relative and was served by Aqid who is very courtesy, give recommendation and helpful. Most important his service smile that makes my day. Well done Management must reward Aqid for his excellent service. Rate 5 stars.

I’ve had a great experience at Coffee Bean @ Woodlands Woodgrove. The cafe is always clean, cozy, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service here is exceptional. One staff member in particular, Aqid, always serves customers with professionalism, patience, and a genuine smile. He makes everyone feel welcomed and valued, and I’ve personally experienced how attentive and friendly he is. It’s also clear from watching him interact with other customers that he consistently provides the same high standard of service to everyone.

Nice little cosy corner for CBTL to have its satellite outlet within The Woodgrove. Quiet ambience during the night & a good place to just chill with your fam with a coffee and desserts! Btw, the pandan gula melaka cake is awesome albeit slightly dry. And oh, parking is a hassle though. Tight mscp with narrow lots.
