I would like to commend the excellent customer service provided by your staff, Ruh. She handled my queries with great professionalism. She was exceptionally patient, taking the time to explain the options available and making sure I understood everything before making my decision. Her knowledge of the products and her willingness to assist made the entire experience a good one. It is always refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely care about providing good service. We need more people like her around and do lookout for her to thank her! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

Shout out to staff, Queen, who notices customer's needs and goes the extra mile. Went there for lunch today while carrying my sleeping toddler in a carrier. When the buzzer beeped and I went to collect my food, she noticed my child sleeping and quickly deactivated the loud buzzing sound. She also proactively offered and helped bring the food to my table. Really appreciate acts like these which shows she notices and cares.

Got a Salted Caramel coffee based frappe and one of the employees kindly asked me if I wanted whipped cream. I thanked her for asking as because most stores don't. I forgot to get her name, but she had a ponytail and monolid eyes. The air conditioning in here could be stronger though, especially when there are a lot of customers.
