A few weeks ago, I lost my Cartier ladies’ watch. I suspected that I had accidentally left it at Coffee Bean, but because I was overseas, I couldn’t contact the store until about a week later. To my surprise and relief, I was told that your Assistant Manager, Belle, had found my watch and kept it safe for me. When I met her, she explained that she had found it outside the entrance of the store and carefully looked after it until I came to collect it. I am truly grateful for Belle’s honesty and kindness. Her integrity means a great deal to me, and I sincerely appreciate what she did. Coffee Bean is very fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.🥰🥰🥰

The staff has changed — from the best branch to the worst! Used to be 24 hrs and for the last year or so it closes now at 12am

Coffee was bad. Food was horrible (see pic) toast was not toasted (maybe toasted 1min). Eggs looks like microwaved. Sausage was boiled and really disgusting. Service was bad too… asked for serviette and refused by staff she told me to get from the straws area when there’s no more serviette there.

Sammer's friendly approach is commendable. He never fails to welcome his customers and also treat with them kindness and respect. The Sandwich he prepared was so delicious , he even gave me a free ice water. Highly recommended outlet

Bizarre no dogs rule on outdoor terrace. Coffee is fine, service is fine, but they have a no pets rule outside despite their adjacent neighbour allowing them. As a business decision, this is shown to be flawed: their terrace sits empty, while their neighbour, a Fair Price with lower quality coffee, has a full terrace. A peculiar strategy to say the least.
