Super cozy place to come here and do work, especially in the evenings when it's quiet! I love the fact that it's 24/7. Music choice is good, pleasant to the ears. Service staff are also super friendly and are open to chatting if there's no one else. Always ready to help. The fusili pasta was super worth the money, smelled delicious but omg so filling I couldn't finish it. Definitely will order again if I have someone to share with, or will do a takeaway. Thanks for the great space! (Also loved that when I complimented the English breakfast tea latte the barista said "of course I made it!" 😂👍👍👍👍

Very poor. Ordered a takeaway cappuccino while out shopping. Was surprised how light the cup was so I poured the fluid component into a standard 330 ml glass. See photo attached. Totally gutted that I was ripped off this way.

Amazing hangout spot after school at acs primary or acs barker come here with your friends to do homework or projects recommed trying the egg Benedict its my personal favourite!

Friendly staff. However, probably should place something to deter the aggressive and persistent birds who will try their luck for my food and landed on my table than chair.. birds' poo around too..

Balmoral CBTL is quiet and cosy in the evening. Like to chill out in the evening. Paid parking within the building.

Balmoral Plaza Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Great place to meet up with friends or grab a coffee and cake. Don't expect to get a nice seat without cold air cond blowing on you. Comfortable and cosy seats taken up by students(as usual) who seat for hours with 1 purchase from Coffee Bean (usually a drink) AND others purchases of snack/food from nearby restaurants eg: subway, McDonalds! My and behold there is however a SIGNAGE that says '60mins dining time' at the front of the cafe which I am assuming is ignored because the dangers of COVID seems non existent now. BUT this is not a hang out for students! It's for all to enjoy.

One could be forgiven for thinking you'd wandered into a university library entering the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on this ordinary Sunday lunchtime. Every table was taken by students sprawling out their papers and laptops with not a single frappucino between them. How does this establishment make any money? We were planning to have a light lunch here but the lack of tables (though seats were plentiful, each table of 2, 4 & even 6 being taken by a solitary student) made it impossible. I asked one panicked student if my son and I could take a seat on one such table-for-6 with her and she looked positively petrified. Not one to torment the indefensible, we took our drinks to go and left this pained crowd to their collective, and no doubt thirsty, exam anxiety. No students were hurt in the making of this review.

Is a pity the service road that used to be fronting the ground floor shops has been removed. So no longer can you zip in and out but its still manageable, just need park in the basement carpark or sometimes one of us takes the car to Balmoral Crescent and (where Sui Generis condo is) and waits in the car for the other to buy stuff and walk back to the car at Balmoral Crescent

The coffee is what you expect from coffee bean. The food is definitely not worth the price that they charge. It's edible but the standards are not even on par with a standard hawker center western food stall. They serve quite slow too. Even during non-peak hours.

Was at Balmore Coffee Bean having the weekday promotions set that come with Spanish Latte. I inform the staff Syakeerah that as I am not able to take milk due to Lactose intolerance and will like to request change to normal coffee or the Latte without milk instead of the Latte without any empathy she just turn me down. I did explain to her that I am not asking for any higher value drink e.g ice blended drink or etc.. if I am requesting that paying additional fee to upgrade is understood. But now it is just Latte without milk and the value of the drink request is even low and saving milk and time to prepare latte vs a black coffee. I even asked her to please check with the manager in store for this request and was igone. Have emailed the head office and they have replied that drink change is ok for Brewed coffee/tea. Manager in charge of the store/ area manager please inform your staff as staff really show no empathy and also when asked to check with manager will igone us .

A good and exemplary Coffee Bean experience that reminds me why i always have my coffee at this coffee joint. I ordered Swedish berries cold brew tea. But Ruel, who is serving me, noted that I had almost no voice because of a bad cough passage. He offered me a cup of hot water, saying "Hope this helps you, sir!". Kindness & empathy experienced at Coffee Bean.. it made my day. Thank you guys! I will remember.

Back to edit the review. I come here so much to do my work that the baristas recognise me, remember my order AND even deliver it to me (it was slow). Absolute A+ service. I love it here. Also it's no longer 24/7 but that's OK. Adds a time limit to encourage me to finish my work quicker and go home. - 16/3/24 Super cozy place to come here and do work, especially in the evenings when it's quiet! Nice please for chilling and enjoying your coffee ☕️. They also serve very delicious breakfast and brunch meals, I loved. Note: first time I’ve seen on a receipt the indication of the T’&C’s! The “dine in duration” was indicated and limited to one hour 😃 strange, but I respected.

Pros: Nice cosy settings with new furniture as this branch is pretty new. Huge serving for breakfast and mine comes with salad! Always have good deals on Coffee bean app and in house promos for food and drinks. Variety of cakes in line with halloween, CNY, Easter, mid autumn, Christmas etc. Near mrt. Not many students hogging tables unlikes other cafes At Balmoral plaza so u can wait here while your child goes for enrichment like TKD, tuition, kumon, or when your pet goes for grooming. Cons: Recently not 24 hours. Hours changed to close at 2am 😔

There’s a group of Malay customer are sitting outside.. is very rude and attitude, we just walk out talk abit louder and start scolding people like this shop belongs to them. Yet then scold people stupid like looking for trouble. Please have a view of this customer, and mention it to them, this is a public place, is not own by them. Time : 1100pm - (Table of 5pax) Not the first time they scolding outside.
