Had a server made my drink amf it was just filled with milk. This is not my first time ordering this drink. So went up to male server and ask him to redo the drink which he later claim this is how the drink is supposed to be made. Told him not my first time ordering same drink. Even the color of the drink is milky. So when he redo the drink, i can see he that he just pushes the drink and did not call for me. I know he was unhappy. It was not busy when i was there. Timing was at 7pm on 18th may.

I would like to extend my compliments to your outlet staff, especially to Jeya, for the excellent dining experience provided during our recent visit. Jeya displayed a high level of professionalism throughout — courteous, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused in her service. What stood out most was her sincere effort to please and ensure that every guest was well attended to and fully satisfied, even if it meant making difficult decisions. Her leadership, hospitality, and commitment to service excellence are truly commendable and reflect very positively on your establishment. My wife and I convey our appreciation and recognition to her for a job exceptionally well done.

Visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at the basement of Parkway Parade recently. The café has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making it a nice spot to relax or get some work done. It wasn’t too crowded, but there were quite a number of students and adults working on their laptops. Many seemed to stay for hours with just a drink, which can make seating a bit limited at times. The drinks and cakes are on the pricier side, but the overall experience is still pleasant. The staff at the counter were friendly and efficient, which made ordering quick and easy. Overall, a nice place to unwind, though it would be even better if table usage was more considerate during peak periods.

I've been a consistent customer of CBTL specially your parkway parade branch.. im usually ordering atleast 8pcs of muffins online or when i go other branch & conveniently getting them. Today when i went to your store at parkway parade, they only sold me 5 though there are 7-8 more in the food shelf. The staff named Jeya Rubini told me this exactly.. they're reserving those for display & if other customer would like to buy them. The thing is, apart from being a loyal customer, i dont think it's proper to restrict one customer from ordering the quantity she required when there's obviously more than the store can serve so as to cater for "other possible customers". I asked this particular staff (JEYA RUBINI), so you can only sell me this much when there is more i can see from there & if i tell my my daughter or husband or some.random customer in there to buy same thing for me (chocolate muffin) from this store, you will sell it to them?.. she said.. "Yes".. So i asked what's the difference then? I dont understand the logic behind it. Only then she decided to give me what i require but, that time, i refuse already because she wasnt willing to sell them to me.. & just to leave those food on display. My question is, is this the common practice of your store in parkway parade? I never encounter such in other outlets which give this parkway parade branch a bad reputation.. in addition to snobbish attitude of your staff there. I am politely requesting and hoping that my concern can be addressed accordingly as a loyal customer. I would await for your response & action about this matter.
