Like many others have mentioned, the attitude of the staff, both the guy and the girl working, in this outlet is shocking. Standing at the cashier looking at you instead of basic customer service to ask if the customer is getting anything else. No thank you. In fact, she did not say a single word in the whole transaction. I'm surprised this place is still open. Customer's voices are heard by them choosing to come back or not. Definitely not coming back.

The air conditioning was barely working and the indoor temperature was like an oven. I reported this to the staff, and even though they were sweating bullets themselves, they just brushed me off without offering any solution. After suffering for half an hour, I asked if we could open the door to let some air in, but they completely ignored my request. Terrible environment and unacceptable service attitude! My daughter had told me that regret to visit Coffee Bean.

Came here to study a few times and I honestly love it! The place is so peaceful, making it a great environment to focus. There’s also a clean toilet with a bidet, which is definitely a plus point! I also love the staff here they’re all super friendly and welcoming 🥺 Special mention to Syahirah (I hope I got the name right!), who was incredibly kind and didn’t mind that I stayed for a long time to study. The only small downside is that the air-conditioning isn’t really that strong, so it can get a little warm at times. Other than that, it’s a lovely place to study and spend a few hours.

I was told to order another item because of a one hour dining limit, which is something I’ve honestly never heard of. It was already 11 PM, and even if I left right then, it’s not like they would have made huge additional sales, so I really don’t understand why they felt the need to push me out if not ordering any more. There were no customers waiting and there were empty seats, yet they still insisted. Coffee Bean always does this and it always leaves bad impression.
