this branch just opened a a month or two ago and it’s lovely to look at FROM OUTSIDE the interior of this place is extremely cramped, with tables jammed into every possible corner. this makes it hard for air conditioning to cool the area. besides all that I thought the service was pretty well upheld. I bought a cheesecake the last time I was there and before I could eat it I noticed a fly on the surface of the cake. I informed the staff and they very quickly took the entire cake (not just the slice I bought) into the kitchen to do quality control. I really appreciated that, and they also offered me a replacement cake to make up for the contaminated one. drinks wise, it’s the same old fare. - broke college kid

place looks nice from outside. but it’s so hot inside with no ventilation. ordered hazelnut ice blend but tasted nothing hazelnut and super bland. the mint cookies and cream cake has no mint taste at all. not cheap to dine here too. horrible experience.

DISHONEST AND SCHEMING SALES TACTIC Ordered a breakfast set which came with a free "hot tea". When asked which tea, cashier/supervisor pointed to a selection of tea behind her WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING FURTHER. I chose a type of green tea. Cashier proceed with the transaction and i paid. Upon getting the receipt, I realized that i was charged $4 more for the green tea. Did not ask for a refund as I didn't want to spoil my 1st breakfast experience at CBTL. TO THAT PARTICULAR CBTL CASHIER - please inform customers that the free "hot tea" only applies to English Breakfast tea. We understand you wanted to increase your daily sales but this is not the right way.

Worst coffeebean that i have been to. Went to this outlet with my group friend and we wanted to chill there. The drink i ordered is original mocha and the staff didn't blend properly and was so diluted. Ended up me and my friend got stomachache due to diluted drink. And the whole coffeebean is so hot and humid. The staff switched off the aircon and say the aircon is controlled by the mall. So ridiculous

Visited at 11pm. Ordered an ice latte regular. Drink was okay but the sugar syrup was not sweet at all. Felt like adding just water. Even after pouring like 1/4th of the bottle, the drink overflowed out of the cup but it was still very bitter. Staff didn't help there after. Tables were not cleaned either. Had to do it myself before sitting down. Also takes a long time to prepare drinks even during off peak hours. If the next door McDonald's is open, might as well get your drink from there.

The staff here are absolutely lovely and kind. I came in with my dad and 2 year old daughter. They help us with a baby chair and waited patiently while we decided in our order. There was a mix up with our order (our fault) but they kindly rectified it, and even gave my daughter some warm milk to have with her snack.. a special thank you to shift manager Rubini and barista Annie for all your help ❤️

Never disappointed, it still has that high CoffeeBean standard. Grab their hazelnut chocolate Xmas logcake. It's limited time, and taste great.

Im a fan of peach flavours and decided to try on coffee bean’s. Bought $8.00 Peach cold brew and im glad i chose small. Overall, the drink is not value for money. Extremely diluted and plain, with petty smt of small conjac jelly, and more than half a cup of ice. Generous 2 big pieces of canned peach, which im not sure how im supposed to take out and eat in public. Unsure if it even contains tea. Cost is probably less than $2, marked up to $8.00 is extremely ridiculous, you should probably review on your recipe again or lower your selling price for this not so worth it piece of drink

The food really can't make it! My son Tom & Herb Fusilli is tasteless and he will need to add a lot salt and pepper to make it nicer. Our breakfast plate hotdog cam with cold. And also taste weird. Would not eat here anymore. Will only drink!the food they need to do a lot improvement!

I ordered Tuna Mayo SW. I requested for Croissant and the bottom part of the Croissant was very hard to eat. Don't know why the servings was different from other branch. The tuna was so so.

Perfect for catching up with friends and quiet moments! The Coffee Bean here offers the familiar delicious drinks and food you'd expect from the franchise. What truly impressed me was the staff's attentiveness – they were very accommodating to my baby in the pram. The atmosphere makes it a great spot for conversation or some solo relaxation.

The place was nice and brightly lit. Not kid/stroller friendly as the place is very small. Service was okay, not the friendliest but wasn’t bad. The drink was poor though. It’s probably one of the worst matcha I’ve had. It just tasted like milk and sugar. I didn’t taste any matcha in it at all. Would not recommend.

Had the $10 1 for 1 waffle promo. I was under the impression tat there would be Spanish latte. However during ordering..we were given option of Americano, coffee or tea. Not sure why.. Food wise (waffle wasn't toasted well, still very soft)
